Callie Opie's Orchard Restaurant

My wife and I were staying in the area for our anniversary. This was an excellent restaurant for the occasion. The food and atmosphere excellent ! We like to give a shout out to Miranda she was our server she wrapped up the evening with great service. Thanks Again to all for a great time, We will return Thanks to the owner for stopping by the table and sharing the history of this beautiful place.

Wonderful food, staff, and comfort food brunch

The food quality is never consistent. Sometimes it’s a great meal, other times it’s just ok. Portions sizes are also inconsistent. My $28 hanger steak looked to be about 3-4 oz. when it came out last time, but previous times more like 5-6 cooked oz. Fries are also inconsistent - either too crunchy or burnt. Service and ambience are much better.

Bartender was so sweet. We connected on both being Mom’s and when dinner came she remember that my daughter hates mash potatoes and got us dries. We were there for a Wedding Welcome dinner

Worse experience ever !!!! I did a to go order and they put to much in the bag and all the food fell out was ruined I called to tell them and the response was “What do you want me to about it”

We were visiting in the area and went out to celebrate and found Callie Opies. The food was delicious! There were gluten free options and a GF dessert that was amazing! The service was very good and her recommendations were spot on! You could go dressy or casual.

I captured a wedding at Callie Opie's Orchard in September and really enjoyed the venue. There were neat aspects like LOVE painted in red on the side of the barn. That's one of my favorite pictures from there! There was a pond with a fountain behind the ceremony area which added to the beautiful scenery and there were so many great spots for photos. The venue staff was friendly and helpful, too!

We were visiting the area and had dinner here. The food was outstanding! There was a fun jazz trio playing which made the perfect ambiance. We loved it so much we returned for brunch before heading back home. Highly recommend!

My wife's cousin had her wedding reception here, and it was perfect. The food was great, the service was outstanding, and the venue was gorgeous

If you are in the area and looking for an outdoor venue for a party, reception, celebration, whatever. I highly recommend this place.

Food was horrible. The oysters were dry and not fresh, the duck wontons were not wontons. Seemed to be pie crust stuffed with a mess and the Mojito was NOT a Mojito! No crushed mint only a sprig! For such a beautiful place the food was sadly not up to par!

This is a very nice place to have dinner. The food was good and the only reason I am giving it a 4 is the week before I had a similar dish at a different restaurant and it was outstanding. Our server was great! We brought our own bottle of wine and the corkage fee is totally reasonable. The downside was I felt like I was sitting very close to others. I think if they removed a few tables the atmosphere would improve

It has a the great feel of community, a place to listen to live music, enjoy the best food in the area, and enjoy the peace of Virginia’s country side. Callie Opie's Orchard is non exclusive, everyone is welcome. If you ever have a chance to meet the owner’s don’t be afraid to approach them and say “Hi” as they are very fun and kind people, they love their establishment and their place of gathering.
