Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The person working the drive-thru was rude and seemed as if he either didn’t want to be there or didn’t want to wait on us. He correctly repeated my order, then claimed at the window after I questioned the missing item, he had not rung me up for something and needed to charge me again. The staff never include napkins in the bag and you have to ask for a receipt. The employee placed the drinks out the window, expecting me to reach out and grab them, rather than making any effort to hand them to me.

We had previously enjoyed the salted caramel truffle at other Dairy Queen locations, but the one made by this location did not taste the same. When we questioned him about it, he became defensive. This Dairy Queen used to be one of my favorites, but I no longer feel inclined to frequent this establishment.

This had to be the saddest, cold chicken sandwich ever. Stuck in the drive through for over 30 minutes because once you're in it, there's no way out 😑
Oh yeah.. No napkin no nothing. Just a cold chicken sandwich with a stale bun. 😣

I don't understand why drive-thru orders aren't given NAPKINS with the order. Is it too much to train employees on basic items like people WANT NAPKINS with their to go food? It has happened a couple of times so I started checking and have had to ask for NAPKINS every time since then. The employee looked at me like he was incredulated that I was asking for NAPKINS FOR A DRIVE-THRU ORDER. Sorry to bother him.

Wildly over priced. 16 bucks for a drink fry and chicken tender sandwich. Contemplated going back to get a refund but was in a rush to get going.

I could hardly understand what the person waiting on me in the drive through was saying. For working here they were very very confused about what they even sold. When I got to the window they were completely wrong about what I ordered but at this point we had been driving for hours and their English was so atrocious I could still barely understand them so I just went with it. Everyone inside was running in circles and seemed completely confused. I'm not even sure they realized where they even were let alone what they were supposed to be doing. Another gentleman brought my food to the window and he had no idea what I was saying to him. He just stared at me waiting for me to drive away. The worst part is, down the road, we looked in our bag and the food we received was not only completely different from what we ordered but completely different from what the guy in the window mentioned as well.. I will not be stopping here again for food.

Solid 3 star DQ, clean fast and friendly, not much more they could do to improve being a fast food joint.

I only did one star because there wasn’t anything lower to rate. I was there today 7/29/24 I think she was the manager and was one of the rudest I’ve ever had. No manners at all. I still said thank you to her but she slammed the window at me…. No thank you or have a nice day are you’re welcome. Nothing!!!! I never write reviews so you know it was bad…
