Yummy food! Tables were clean and floor wasn’t sticky… great start for a gas station fast food joint. Good service helped this place out. Worth a stop as there are no other close options!

This place was horrible! I had asked for sauced and tossed and he even repeated it back to me and then gave me regular! Not even that I asked for ranch and how he got honey mustard out of ranch??? They had the worst service and clearly didn’t know what they were doing!!

Poor service. They act like the customers bother them. They can’t understand you and get rude when they can’t understand. Makes no sense.

We stopped by to grab lunch on our trip home and we are amazed at how delicious it is. It’s the classic DQ menu but something about the food is just better than any we’ve had at other DQs. The workers are really nice and the food just really was fantastic. So much so I had to pause to write this review.

Drive- thru. Ordered various items from the whole menu. Super fast for a Saturday afternoon. New fall-inspired items were great! Burger was bigger than I expected, a little difficult for 1 handed eating. Ice cream was cold and burger and fries were fresh and hot. A little pricey, but all fast food is now.

The food was good, and the service good, but they do need to work on making the it cleaner. I wouldn't hesitate to eat there again though. 👍

Its a little out of the way for us in Mineral VA but we love the Blizzards and so...Road Trip we GO!

Very slow

I frequently stop in this location either for the gas station or Dairy Queen. This place has gone down hill and the service is horrendous. There are several individuals that barely if any speak and understand English. The main register guy in the gas service side is always on his phone and is rude. The bathrooms and store is filthy. He speaks on his phone in his language as he barley assist customers.

Now let’s talk about Dairy Queen. The man who is completely rude “BJ” I believe is his name, does not understand English and barely comprehends. I was in this weekend and was treated so rude by him. He laughed in my face and turned to a co-worker and laughed at me and a friend and they kept turning looking at us. They spoke in their language, laughing and snickering. The bill was over $50 for thrash food and service. He does not need to be working a register or customer service if he does not speak nor understand English.

This service is continually inadequate and appears to be a reflection of the owner and any if management is even there. Something needs to be done with your associates and “BJ” needs to be fired or taken off customer service and put cleaning or something. I don’t think he is even capable of working in the grill.

We frequent this DQ, my family and I, and always have a great experience. We get ice cream- blizzards and sundaes- and they always taste great and come out quick. The staff is always friendly and personable and take care of us as customers. They keep us coming back and glad we have an establishment like this in our community. Thanks guys!

I ordered a hotdog and the color of it looked almost grey on the outside. I wouldn't recommend getting food here, probably stick with the ice cream.
