Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Its a little out of the way for us in Mineral VA but we love the Blizzards and so...Road Trip we GO!

Very slow

I frequently stop in this location either for the gas station or Dairy Queen. This place has gone down hill and the service is horrendous. There are several individuals that barely if any speak and understand English. The main register guy in the gas service side is always on his phone and is rude. The bathrooms and store is filthy. He speaks on his phone in his language as he barley assist customers.

Now let’s talk about Dairy Queen. The man who is completely rude “BJ” I believe is his name, does not understand English and barely comprehends. I was in this weekend and was treated so rude by him. He laughed in my face and turned to a co-worker and laughed at me and a friend and they kept turning looking at us. They spoke in their language, laughing and snickering. The bill was over $50 for thrash food and service. He does not need to be working a register or customer service if he does not speak nor understand English.

This service is continually inadequate and appears to be a reflection of the owner and any if management is even there. Something needs to be done with your associates and “BJ” needs to be fired or taken off customer service and put cleaning or something. I don’t think he is even capable of working in the grill.

We frequent this DQ, my family and I, and always have a great experience. We get ice cream- blizzards and sundaes- and they always taste great and come out quick. The staff is always friendly and personable and take care of us as customers. They keep us coming back and glad we have an establishment like this in our community. Thanks guys!

I ordered a hotdog and the color of it looked almost grey on the outside. I wouldn't recommend getting food here, probably stick with the ice cream.

This place is filthy! And when we got to the counter the person taking our order wouldn't help us until after he'd watched a youtube video one of the cooks shoved in his face on their phone. After he took our order it took half an hour just to get two blizzards which were served without lids even though we ordered to go.

This location is connected to a gas station and has limited dining seating. Overall the service and ice cream was good.

Went there for a banana split and a turtle blizzard after pulling to the window and sitting there for 10 mins was told they didn’t have chocolate ice cream. I told them to cancel the order not friendly at all and definitely take their time. Have no idea how to run a restaurant.

corporate should come in and look at this location. Dirty and Slow would be the best discription. This can't be up he Dairy Queens standards.

Oh great service and quality food

The french fries that I ordered were great. The orange cream shake was very good, but the atmosphere is dirty. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It’s just not a place. I’m crazy about.

Terrible service! Very unorganized and dirty.

Speed made molasses look fast. Communication sucked at best. Burgers were barely room temp for having taken so long. Placed order for chocolate ice cream with food, gave the food but not the ice cream and had to ask for it again to wait to be told chocolate ice cream machine hasn't been working so substituted one for vanilla and then waited ages for a refund of the other ice cream.

DON'T GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE IN A RUSH!

Food was generally good, what you'd expect from most fast food. Our cashier Grandma was very sweet and attentive. The only thing that I noticed was that they weren't wearing gloves and I noticed a bit of bleeding on her arm. I feel uneasy about germs and open sores.

This place rocks! Food is fresh, and very good! Only been through drive-thru but service is excellent! Friendly, and professional. This is the place to go for value.
