I don't understand why drive-thru orders aren't given NAPKINS with the order. Is it too much to train employees on basic items like people WANT NAPKINS with their to go food? It has happened a couple of times so I started checking and have had to ask for NAPKINS every time since then. The employee looked at me like he was incredulated that I was asking for NAPKINS FOR A DRIVE-THRU ORDER. Sorry to bother him.
The BEST customer service ever. I was stranded here because my Uber wouldn't connect me with a ride for two hours, and the workers did the absolute most to help me. They made sure I was okay, and gave me the number of their friend who was an uber driver! They even refused to take a tip I tried to give them after all their help. Very kind people and great fries!!
Where do I even begin, this place was truly magical! The food delectable, atmosphere cozy and welcoming, and staff are great. Jonathan and Krish (the employees) are so friendly and truly take pride in their work! Despite taking pride in it they definitely don’t lack in friendliness, Jonathan truly knows how to make a connection with customers!
