The food is good quality. The problem is the new staff that work here. There’s a younger Latina woman who usually is making the subs (she’s awesome, very friendly and outgoing) but two other employees always make negative comments about how she makes the food wrong. My families orders are pretty consistent and this young lady has never gotten it wrong. It’s so unfortunate that there’s other employees that are quite rude at this location. Disappointing but may just switch to the Louisa location from now on.

To the new owners of this location. The minute you took over this restaurant quality went down the toilet. Unsanitary and stingy. Absolutely never visiting this location again. Today 4-24-25 I witnessed a new employee with a beard count money out of his pocket, then return the money to his pocket wearing food prep gloves and proceeded to put toppings on a sandwich using the same gloves he counted the money with. Thinking about calling the health inspector on this location today.

Guys working arent to smart wanted a club even told him the number so he makes a Turkey sub instead wanted the salad well all they do is throw the whole tomatoes in a bowl with full pieces of meat then says we dont cut up salads anymore place is run by idiots

I go into this place at least once a week for lunch. I’m always greeted by Harley who always remembers me and my usual ham sandwich with the extra mayo. Great food and great service
10/10 subs, super friendly and funny employees . id dropkick a child for a steak and cheese from this location

We were greeted as we walked in the door about 2 hours prior to closing time with a warm hello from the young man coming from the back area of the store. The 2 female employees were cleaning out some of the beverage machines and though the one was clearly getting off work she seemed annoyed that we entered as they were doing pre-close duties. Maybe I misread the rolling eyes but my restaurant experience tells me I was spot on. They were out of my favorite bread, honey oat, but I tried the Italian herb and cheese and it was pretty darn great. I hadn't been to subway in a couple years and it seems like the condiments and toppings selections have taken a turn for the worse. Why cant you get deli style mustard at a freaking deli style sandwich shop??? But I digress. The honey mustard I chose instead was good but not so good that I wanted an army's portion; I specifically said I wanted a little bit. My sandwich was still great just WAY messier than usual. I literally had to wipe my sandwich and used a tree-full of napkins to clean my hands and face after each bite. I did not bring this to the attention of any of the staff so unfortunately I did not give them a chance to redeem themselves...the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake cookies were spectacular enough to make it a great visit..despite also being out of sweet tea due to pre-close cleaning. I will still visit the adequately polite staff and bright dining room at this location. I just hope I have better luck next time on getting my chosen items in the same expeditious fashion as this evening.

Order 2 salads, one was missing extra spinach and extra tomatoes and forgot the shredded monterey cheese. The other was missing fresh mozzarella, extra steak and cheese, additional cheese, shredded Monterey cheese, and extra tomatoes. It's a salad, not rocket science. Goes to show you not to order online, go in the store and watch them make it and if it's not right, call them out on it. This was my local Subway, but not going there anymore.
