Very expensive. A panini, small cheese pizza, salad and 3 beers with tip came to $90! Charged $2 (2.75%) just for using a credit card. There is a VA State sales tax and on top of that a “Meals Tax”. No choice of tip amount. Party of 3 and they added a 20% tip without our input. Service was below average. When we arrived we were the only party sitting outside and it took at least 20-25 minutes to receive our food.

I am going to go into detail with this one so hang on read it all. We have been coming here for years and in all honesty service has never been on point and food/drinks have always been way over priced but lack of choices around the lake have brought us back. Tonight was the final straw with this place... We showed up for dinner around 7pm and it was pretty busy ( Not an excuse and if you read further you will hear why) When we got there there was a big table that was full of dirty dishes from a previous group but our table for 2 was ready. We sat there for 15 minutes ignored while the staff cleaned off the big table. When we finally received attention (big table still empty which is an important part) we ordered appetizer and drinks and said we would.be getting a to go order....Appetizer came out at in a normal time frame and waiter handed it off and rolled out with zero questions if needed anything else. Now big table just became occupied and I told you this was an important piece of my review so hopefully you remember... Their order was taken, and after ours was ( no big deal right? Busy and sometimes things happen) They ordered dinners and we ordered a pizza. 1 hour later after the big table were done.with all their dinners and were settling up their bill our pizza was apparently with sasquatch or loch ness monster as it was never seen. Our waiter told us it was in oven now and should be 5-8 minutes longer. After another 20 we settled up the check with no pizza. I 100% understand business's are having tough time getting people to come to work however if you have followed along this far it is apparent it was not an understaffed issue ( now they could use more). So to each is own but if you are not from this area I would recommend that you try elsewere i.e The cove. Tims, Lake Anna Hideaway, Chef Lee's, Mineral restaurant.

Ryan is the absolute best manager i’ve ever met! His performance when delivering the Large Meat Lovers Pizza was incredible! He honestly should sing more!!! The food was also delectable!! 10/10 would visit again #ryanfanclub #largemeatloverspizza!!!

My wife and I went for an early dinner and ordered a chicken barbecue pizza. It tasted fine at the time. A few hours later we were both running for the bathroom and up all night. I called the manager on Duty Ryan and explained what happened. He said that their food preparations were monitored closely. I asked him if he wanted me to bring the leftovers for testing and of course he said that wouldn’t be necessary. I was told that he would reimburse me for the meal. I called back a second time and he still hasn’t reimbursed me. It’s bad enough we got sick. Then to be lied to about the reimbursement twice is too much. Keep driving and don’t stop here.

Our service from Veey was impeccable. The place was packed and she was very attentive. The food was fresh and arrived to the table while it was still hot. The portions were more than adequate.

Working at Vitos for 3 months has been a real ture blessing the food is wonderful over here my family and I love eating their my mother loves the strombolis and the Vito Fries can't get enough of it My grandmother loves the eggplant parmesan My girlfriend loves the gnocchi with the creamy pesto and sausage and shrimp from my stepfather he loves the chicken marsala and for me I pretty much love the chicken parm one of the most wonderful dishes to ever order from there and also the eggplant and other foods along with it there wonderful staff have been working with them and just been enjoying the time very blessed grateful and humbled I recommend this to all of the people that are around in lake Anna or anywhere else that they come from to visit

I tried Vito's a handful of times shortly after they opened (probably 5-6 times). Food was ok I guess but not good enough to make me crave going back, particularly for the price point. I agree with the earlier post that the food is "Mall Food Court" food. Too many other good restaurants in the area to select from. Additionally, they will not make any substitutions. Most restaurants will flex a little on menu but not Vito's. If you want decent Italian food, drive into Fredericksburg or Richmond and skip Vito's.

Wife and I arrived at the restaurant around 4 PM, we were the only customers at the indoor seating and it still took about 10 minutes for a waitress to show up. We ordered Pino Grigio and a diet coke (bottles only) and Bruschetta as an appetizer. while waiting another 15 minutes for just the drinks, two other tables were seated with couples. It only took about five minutes after they were seated that they were enjoying their drinks and had ordered their food. Another 10 minutes passed and we flagged over the waitress that served the other two tables to ask the whereabouts of our waitress so we could order food. Finally, perhaps it was the owner that showed up to ask how things were going. We complained of the lack of service and he left to get our drinks. After 35 minutes, our waitress shows up with the drinks, at the same time the owner did too. Anyway, we ordered the beef tortellini and Chicken parm. Amother 25 minutes passed when the food was delivered. The tortellini was overcooked and hard and the parm was cold. I expressed our concerns over the food, after another 10 mins, the owner came over with a cup of 6 totellinis that were cooked the way they should have been. We asked for two to go containers so we could take the food home to our raccoon friends that visit every now and then. Then we paid the bill and left, to go to Tim's at lake Anna. We will never go to Titos again. The food was not even close to mall food court quality.

we had lunch here at Vito's today and it was excellent. the food was delicious the restaurant very clean. waitress Rachael very friendly. i have to say best food I've eat in a restaurant for a long time. i recommend Vito's.

We stopped in for dinner, and really enjoyed our meal and the service. Vito's is very nice with a dining room, lounge and bar. We will stop there any time we're in the area. There's a little OTC coffee shop across the parking lot for an after dinner latte too.
