Love this new place for Homestead Creamery ice cream! The staff are always very friendly, but I think sometimes overwhelmed with the volume of customers! However, that does not deter us from going there regularly! The interior decor is cheerful and bright! Favorite flavors include espresso chip, Hokie tracks, lemon crunch and peanut butter cookies and cream! Haven't tried their hot dogs.

The ice cream itself was delicious. It was clean and well kept. The service left a lot to be desired though. No greeting. No eye contact. Both employees were on their phone constantly. We stood to order, four of us, and one employee helped while the other stayed on her phone. While being checked out they were on their phone. No “thank you” or anything either. We sat inside while we ate and watched multiple families come in. Same thing. They continued to be on their phone in front of customers and did not help them until they were done on their phones. When directing customers they were polite but the phone usage was constant and not discreet at all.

This new shop serves Homestead Creamery ice cream and it's incredible! Tastes so fresh, locally made at nearby creamery. The strawberry ice cream tastes like real strawberries, the double chocolate is super rich, and the lemon crunch is tart and delicious. They also serve hot dogs, chips, and drinks. Ample seating plus highchairs. It was quiet when we went at lunchtime but I'm sure they'll be busy soon! They let us sample flavors and the service was great.

My daughter and I stopped in for a cool treat on a hot summer day. The key lime pie milkshake was delicious! Friendly service and just love the color scheme. Great addition to the neighborhood!
This place is an awesome atmosphere, great people and amazing ice cream. Don’t know what you want? Just ask what they recommend and I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

The establisment is clean, has a nice selection of smoothies and ice cream. The lemon crunch is an amazing summer treat! It is nice seeing kids skip into the doors for ice cream. The environment is welcoming and the employees have a exciting attitude. I would go again!
