Just wanted to give a special shout out to some employees at the moneta Hardee's location Ms. KK & Mrs. Quiana. did their jobs with a level of professionalism and kindness that is unmatched I highly recommend this establishment and these employees to all of my customers and friends and family I will most definitely be returning as I am here every morning for breakfast thank you for the wonderful service and God bless.

First visit to this newly opened location. Both the drive thru and dining room were busy, so when there was a reasonable wait for our food, I considered this to be a good thing. At least our food would be hot and fresh, right? Totally the opposite! We both ordered the Original Bag with a double cheeseburger and chicken tender wrap. Both burgers were literally ICE COLD! The bun on my burger was so chewy, you could barely bite through it. Like it had been microwaved multiple times, but still totally cold. Both wraps were about what you would expect. Not great, but not horrible. The staff seemed friendly, and the restaurant reasonably clean and well kept. It's beyond me how you could be that busy, yet still serve such horribly cold and stale burgers. Reading other reviews, it seems to be an ongoing problem. I was very excited to get a new Hardee's, but after this initial experience, it's very unlikely I will give them a second chance. Whoever is managing this disaster needs to totally revamp what they are doing, or be fired. If you are considering trying this location, PLEASE read my review, and others. This place is a literal train wreck, and probably a health hazard. It should either get all new managers, or simply close!

Waited inside for 15 minutes nobody came and took our order. So we went to the drive thru and waited another 15 minutes just to get biscuits was old like it had been out there since they opened. Do not recommend going!

Waited in the drive through for 30+ minutes (with no cars in front of me) only for them to get my very simple order wrong. It appeared that the delay was due to them going through a shift change so the lady who took my order was gone by the time I finally got my order. I’m also assuming that it being the end of her shift is why she was so rude while taking my order. The way she talked over me, made unnecessary comments, and tried to rush though my order is probably why she got it incorrect. The other shift was left completely clueless, as they had to ask me what I had ordered and if I had paid already. I didn’t think to check my bag before leaving since they had just asked what I ordered, but somehow my order was still wrong. I honestly wouldn’t even leave a review if it wasn’t for the fact that this isn’t the first time I’ve had long wait times and rude employees at the speaker. To be clear, I’m really only upset with the first shift employees rudeness and way of handling things. I assume the incoming shift was doing their best to deal with a bad situation.
