It was our first time trying this restaurant and we took friends from out of town. They exceeded all expectations of a small high quality restaurant. This is not your average over priced low quality restaurant that there seems to be so many of. The menu is really simple and selective because they clearly know their strengths. The top fav of the night was Lobster Risotto with blacked shrimp, muscles, and a cranberry glaze. Wow! Their classic pasta 🍝 dish was on point and we were pleasantly surprised by a bacon & onion pizza. Just the right amount of flavor in the sauce and the crust was definitely made from scratch. Service was beyond amazing and caring. Can’t wait to go again. Thanks for bringing quality food full of flavor to the lake.

My mom and I ate here on Christmas Eve for lunch for the first time! It was so delicious! I had the Lobster Risotto special and she had the Eggplant special! It was so good! We got a slice of the lemon and coconut cake as well! Delicious! The service was great as well! I give it a 10 out of 10!

The food was fresh and well-prepared, everything tasted authentic and high quality. Service was friendly and attentive, made the whole meal feel welcoming. I especially loved checking out the dessert options in the refrigerated display case, great variety of tempting treats to choose from. Plenty of parking in the lot, and it's super easy to get to right off the main road. Solid experience overall, would recommend for a relaxed upscale Italian meal!

This place is a cut above all other restaurants in the Smith Mountain Lake area. The people are wonderful. The service is great. And above all, the food is delicious. Presented well and cooked to perfection. We had chicken and pasta. We previously had the pizza and that was fantastic as well. Also, the desserts are great. Candidly, most restaurants around the lake are 'lake-fine' - but La Casa Toscana exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Six of us Lady friends, (some from Botetourt county) Had a wonderful experience having lunch here La Casa Toscana!! Some of the food we had was beef stroganoff, chicken Rochester, chef mahi-mahi, and the Toscana, All was cooked to perfection and presented very nicely. This is an upscale Italian restaurant! It was clean, quiet, and inviting setting! The waitress was very attentive to our needs! Many Thanks to La Casa Toscana For opening a restaurant here Near Westlake!

Wow! What a wonderful restaurant! Husband had beef stroganoff and loved it. I had salmon with salsa, mashed potatoes and vegetables. Everything was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. We will definitely be back again!

I went here with my family at 6:00pm on a Saturday. We were seated right away. I ordered unsweetened ice tea, which was very good. I was not offered any refills. My daughter and granddaughter enjoyed the beef tips. I got a calzone that came with pineapple and spinach. I found that there was very little spinach, and I didn't enjoy having pineapple in my calzone. It definitely seems like an acquired taste.
