Came here on a Thursday night with a group of friends to join in on the karaoke. We enjoyed beers, shrimp, and shareable appetizers. The outdoor vibe was great! Such a nice way to spend a spring evening.
It is one of the most fun places on the lake... Locals and tourists visit.. sometimes it can get a little rowdy, but it's always fun. I did not rate the food only because I didn't eat...

If only someone would’ve responded and followed through the way the manager claimed he would. It was a great experience until our food & our rather pricey $$$ mixed drinks were thrown away when we went to the bathroom. Even AFTER WE TOLD THE SERVER WE WERE GOING TO TO THE RESTROOM.
Most fun bar on the lake; especially Saturday night

We had a great time here! Being able to be outside on the water is a bonus! You can even bring your fur babies! Great place, food and drinks!
It's a fun place to hang out at SML, especially to just sit back, enjoy a beer, and people watch. Bridgewater Plaza is packed with fun activities for everyone. Mango's takes care of your thirst and hunger 😋

If I could get 0 stars, I would. My family and I went here Labor Day weekend, a family of 3, and this was probably the worst restaurant I have ever been to.
The “spicy” margarita complete with canned jalapeños was god awful, after taking 1 sip each, we tried to return it but was told “no”. The kids pizza was a microwave creation bought from a store and reheated. In fact, it appeared every facet of our meals was “cooked” in a microwave.
Do not eat here. It stinks.
Gotta love Smith Mountain Lake and a good beer at Mango's
I wouldn't consider this a local joint. The atmosphere looks nice for a good summer time of drinks and live music but the menu is of a certain taste. Also my onion soup wasn't that great. It has little flavor.
Mangos is always a great time whether it’s a low key night or a fun band night! Good selection of beer on draft. I really enjoyed the peel and eat shrimp and the Cajun burger. Would definitely recommend!
If you're looking for a fun night out for the weekend this is a great place. They have great live music on the weekends and a great open bar and amazing wings and fries!
