The Chilean sea bass and Chicken Oscar were delicious! Matt was our server and he was top notch. He gave us a local perspective on the lake and the area as well as excellent wine and dinner recommendations. We will definitely come back!

We were impressed with the quality of the food and service was great! A little slow to get our food out but they were decently busy. Atmosphere inside is interesting and eclectic and it is a little off putting to see all of the servers' personal belongings all over the bar and watch them rolling silverware sets where the food is coming out. Would be nice if they had a place out of view and not the bar for this. The prices were a bit high but the food was excellent.

Great food!! Calamari and crab dip were awesome and the main entrees, especially the scallops were delicious. Kids entrees were huge and they had a fresh assortment of fruit, coloring pages and cute kids cups to take home. Definitely would return!!

We went to Napoli with a group of seven. It was busy and when we arrived we were told we'd be seated at a high table for our reservation. Since we had a mobility challenged person in our group I told them we couldn't sit there. They quickly pivoted and set another table for us apologizing that it would be a little tight. I appreciated there willingness to accommodate our needs. As for the food I had the best salmon I've had in quite awhile. Everybody in our party enjoyed their food and the service was wonderful. Highly recommend!

My family and I visited Napoli by the Lake on Sunday, August 3rd. We had reservations and were promptly seated at a beautiful patio table with a great view overlooking the water. The food was above average and nicely presented, but unfortunately took an exceptionally long time to arrive. Two other families, both seated and ordered after us, received their meals before we did—one even finished and left before we were served.
When we brought the extended wait time to our server’s attention, he apologized but could not explain the delay and offered no resolution, explanation, or gesture to make up for the inconvenience. Given the restaurant’s high reviews, the service fell short of expectations.

Our waiter Matt Allen, had a great sense of humor and his attention to our dinning experience was exceptional. If you are fortunate enough to book a reservation, you will definitely hit the lottery!
