I stopped here in the morning with 6 girls on our way to a wedding venue, to grab food and coffee. I initially tipped because the girl who took my order was friendly, but now wishing I hadn’t. The latte I got was pretty good, but I ordered the SML Sunrise breakfast sandwich and waited at least 30 minutes for it, while everyone else in my party got their sandwiches long before mine was done. The girl making drinks asked me if I was waiting on anything, so I told her about my sandwich and she gave me attitude, saying “okay yeah she’s working on it.” I waited longer and then asked the girl making the sandwiches and she also gave me attitude, and told me that she already made it and someone else must have picked it up. Right when I was about to leave without my sandwich because I was then running behind, she went back to her station and looked up at me to tell me that my order was her next ticket and I got my sandwich two minutes later and it was cold. There is so much incompetence and unnecessary rude attitudes given by these employees.

My husband goes here regularly and I see why. We met for breakfast this morning since I had an appt out this way. The food and coffee was delicious! Friendly staff. Browsed around the gift shop afterwards. I definitely will be back!

I cannot believe this place only has 4 stars! The food is amazing, with an unbelievable gluten-free selection, the people are the nicest, and there is a sweet little gift store attached, with unique items to browse. Sadly, we only discovered the cafe on our last day of vacation. That day there was also an antique car display outside as well. Come up to Western NY and you'd have nothing but 5 star reviews.

Went here this morning. August 5th 2023. Bad service and a looong wait. The girl w glasses and grey hoodie took our order. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Then she handed the order to girl in back and she took about three mins before she started to make food. It took another ten mins before I got my food. Mind you it was just us in the restaurant and everything was microwaved. If the coffee makes you slow like that then I don’t want it from here. The older lady in back was only one to smile. The other too look like they wanted to go home permanently.

Love this coffee shop! Only thing I do not like is they do not serve the coffee in real cups. I like my specialty coffees in cups, otherwise great place!!

Good coffee and lemonade. I got a bavarian-cream filled croissant which was very good. They have a wid-range of different foods and drinks including coffee, water, hot chocolate, lemonade, and more. They have a small gift shop with teas, candles, and different types of scent-type things. Overall good experience but it probably wouldn't be good for dinner or lunch, just a snack break or breakfast.

Wish I could've given 5 stars but when my husband went here to get us coffee the service wasn't great. He received his coffee and was waiting on mine. Several customers that came in after him were getting their orders and leaving. He had waited 20 minutes when he went to ask about mine and was told that they "must have lost the ticket " Really frustrating ?
