I visited this Subway at 5:30 pm today. When I walked up to the counter there was a hand written message on the glass.It said that they were restocking the bar and were not serving customers at this time.The bar looked stocked to me and I heard the employees laughing in the back. I am only giving them a 1 because I can't give them a 0.I only live 3miles away but will take my business somewhere else. I hope the owner sees this and takes action before his business is ruined.

Ordered on app. Got there 30 minutes after sandwiches were supposed to be ready. There was one diligent last making subs with several people in line. I looked at my order and it said it was ready and to go to pick up counter. I did and was told that the order was not ready and she (Michelle) didn’t know what to tell me. Michelle store manager told me that their have been people in line since I got in line. I then made it to the head of the line and told the sandwich artist that I had ordered online. The sandwich artist then asked (Michelle) if she had gotten an online order to which she stated yes and then pulled the order off the counter behind her. She had never put the order over to the sandwich maker. The manager attempted to try to say she was talking to someone else about me just getting in line after I clarified I had ordered 30 minutes prior to my even arriving. Save yourself some time and either go to the subway near food lion or Westlake.
