Basically, their attitude. I ordered a basic medium rare burger. it was well done. The waitstaff said she'd tell the cook/chef. No offer of discount, free wine, taking it back to the kitchen. When we left the manage t was sitting at the bar drinking. he asked how our food was and we told him our burgers were both over done. No apology. He basically said that if we ate it,it couldn't have been that bad. Very rude.
First time to go there. Service was good but took forever to get the food and then it was mediocre at best. Way over priced! Probably won’t go there again.
I consider The Blackwater a SML treasure. I literally feel like Norm from cheers when I arrive. 😆 Think the world of John, and the entire staff! Nick is the bomb with the cocktails too! Great food, cocktails and atmosphere as well! Big fan ❤️
