The Landing Restaurant

Food was cold after waiting for it. Beautiful place and service was good. Unfortunately no one checked on our meals after they were delivered so we had cold potatoes and filets.

Very disappointing experience for a birthday with friends. Large bill for poor service and food.

Our first time here. So happy we came. Will definitely be back many times. Thank you for a wonderful experience, food, drink and company was awesome. Views made my heart happy ❤️🍷

I thought this restaurant was supposed to be casual and less expensive than Bruno’s. What a shock! Outright ridiculous! This is why I don’t like living here! Even those living in Mariners Landing are being ripped off. I will spread the word to NOT eat here.

Great restaurant near the condo I had rented. They are seasonal, so the days & hours were limited.
I sat at the bar, and Nick was fabulous. He made me an italian margarita, which I'd never had before, but it was delicious. The food was great - i only ordered a salad and an appitizer. It was quiet and only a few people were there, but it was a nice establishment.

It was so dry that we had to sip water in order to swallow it.

We finally met a rude person at SML. Unfortunately, it was our server at The Landing. It took over and hour and thirty minutes to get our entree, which wasn’t correct, and ate in the dark by ourselves with a blinding LED light shining in our faces. The background ambiance was a baby crying from a balcony and someone coughing up phlegm from their balcony. The bus boy was super nice and apologized for our long wait yet our server didn’t acknowledge anything. The long list of 1 star reviews is accurate.

The lack of ambiance on the patio from the awful fluorescent lighting, no lighting on the table and no music leads to a lack luster experience.

Solid food and service ! SML doesn’t stand for sleepy. Really impressed with all of the starters and entrees. Great wine list as well.
