Customer service is very good just like the food no matter what I get. The inside never makes me feel like I want stay in and dine. Old furniture. Other than that, I don't need to stay in and eat. I can enjoy eating that scrumptious meal at home.?

New Hunan was our go-to restaurant for Chinese food. We now live in Williamsburg and have not found any restaurant that is anywhere near the quality and service. We miss it very much!!

Loved this place! cute and welcoming setup/decorations inside. called in to order, the woman super friendly, our order was ready in about 30 minutes. I got the General Tso tofu extra spicy and my boyfriend got the Shrimp Lo Mein. my tofu was on the crispier side but that’s not much of a problem for me. pricing is adequate and portions are generous, lots of leftovers! I read lots of reviews before choosing this place out of the chinese takeout options. i’m glad i found this...
