What a great, unexpected find! We were passing through Monterey on a Friday evening around supper time. High’s Restaurant looked like a good choice. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We loved the 50’s diner vibe. The staff was incredible and attentive. They were very friendly and our drinks were always refilled even though they were quite busy. The food was delicious!
