“Food is very good and our waitress was great. But, we waited an hour for a large pizza and a medium pizza. Figured they were just getting busy until three tables that came in after us got their seafood, pizzas and subs. Our food was put into boxes after I told the waitress that we will just take our food to go. I walked up to pay and they pulled it out of the oven. May have just been a fluke, and then we get in the truck and my wife says it’s not even bacon it’s ham.”

Definitely no to steak, I had a steak sandwich from a different location and I was sick for a week. Be careful but still enjoy! Too.your pizza with whatever you want. “The brisket french fries… the absolute best; they were so delicious. Totally recommend them. I’ve been here with friends and family multiple times and have never ever had a bad meal. The servers are kind and friendly and best of all, they recently got some gluten-free options for the entrées. I can’t wait to go back Thank you for a wonderful meal!”

“The salad bar is full of fresh bright vegetables and nice unexpected additions, like sliced beets, broccoli, chickpeas, and fresh fruit. There are also dried fruit and nut toppers on the dressing bar, which I found thoughtful because I hate when small sprinkley ingredients slip into the larger salad bar and give you a soggy salad surprise.
The hot bar changes daily and the grab-and-go coolers are full of fresh tasty sandwiches and salads so there's something for everyone on every day.
Picky eaters rejoice, you take your to-go to the counter and it's weighed, not judged! If you want a box of croutons and pepperoni drizzled in honey mustard sauce, go for it! Love this place.”

“We always got Egg Fu Yung. It was flavorful and enough to take home. We usually ate inside.
On a to go order, it was ready when I got there and equally tasty.
On credit card transactions there is a 3% surcharge, so best to pay cash, even if you have to stop at an ATM.
Prices are reasonable for good quality food and ample servings.
There is another Chinese place in town - not nearly as good.
I highly recommend Hunan Village to satisfy your cravings for good Chinese food.”

“Last week, I placed an online order for mom's makin cookies. When I arrived to the store, I was told the flavor wasn't in-stock. And, I'd have to contact customer service for a refund.

After contacting customer service, I was told someone would call me to resolve the issue in 48 hours. No one called. Therefore, customer service was contacted again.

This time, I received a call from the District Manager, Pam. She was very kind, and provided a resolution for my issue.

Today, I returned to the store, and spoke with the GM Shawn. Shawn was very apologetic for my experience, and stated the matter should have been resolved, prior to me leaving. Shawn, and his employee, Angel, provided me with exceptional customer service.

I received a full refund, and ice cream for the inconvenience. I'd definitely return, but would order in store!”

“Drive-thru can be slow at times, but unpredictable when it's going to happen. It's been really busy and we've gone through fast, and it's been only 1 or 2 cars ahead and took a long time! I've also had to drive forward and wait for my food, while 5 cars were served at the window behind me.

Staff is hit or miss. Sometimes they are distracted and talkative amongst themselves. Sometimes they are focused and efficient the entire transaction. They are more often friendly than not.

Special orders have always been accurate. Sweet tea has been good and never old tasting. Sodas are sometimes off, either too much carbonation or too little. Food has mostly been fresh and hot. Occasionally get an order you can tell is older and cold.”

“This local McDonald's has more or less what you want. The food is good and very friendly workers. There used to be a play place for kids, but they removed it due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The ice cream machine works, folks. ?”
