Last week, I placed an online order for mom's makin cookies. When I arrived to the store, I was told the flavor wasn't in-stock. And, I'd have to contact customer service for a refund.
After contacting customer service, I was told someone would call me to resolve the issue in 48 hours. No one called. Therefore, customer service was contacted again.
This time, I received a call from the District Manager, Pam. She was very kind, and provided a resolution for my issue.

They were out of a lot of flavors of ice cream. I drove 15 miles to get Jamoca almond fudge and they were totally out!! What a bomber?But the cashier was very nice.
You get nothing for the money and it all tastes watered down. Not to mention after I get everything ordered they tell me they can't make a chocolate shake... Won't be going back
