Coming home from a camping trip and just needed a good home cooked meal. Dale's Diner was just right. I stopped in at about 1:15/1:40p on a Sunday and my waitress was named Priscilla. I asked for her advice because I was ravenous. She told me that the meatloaf is homemade and she really enjoys it. I took her recommendation and got a side salad with the homemade mac and cheese. Dale’s Diner is your typical greasy spoon. I got a bacon cheeseburger with fries and water. The burger was tasty and well-dressed, but the bacon seemed like it could’ve easily been left over from the breakfast crowd. The fries were anemic and needed more time in the fryer to get golden brown and delicious. The water definitely didn’t taste filtered. Overall, it's food for when there's really nothing else around
Very nice first visit. Food is great. Awesome country style cooking with homemade pound cakes which were awesome. Love the way they make their mac and cheese, green beans, and meatloaf was great too. Highly recommend.
