Had the best time at Crosskeys!!! My server, Lizzy, was amazing! She was prompt about getting to the table and getting us everything we needed and she was so personable that I wanted to be friends! Definitely request her if you stop in!

I came to Crosskeys for dinner and I had a fantastic time! Our server, Lizzy, was knowledgeable, competent, and quick. Our food and drinks were delicious, and Lizzy made excellent recommendations! I will be returning and asking for Lizzy!

I went here for the dinner the other night and had a wonderful experience, our server Lizzy was such a delight and had an amazing insight on the wine! Highly recommend her!

My husband and I ate at the winery on a windy Friday afternoon(3-28-25). We were met with the best customer service we've had the pleasure to experience in a long time! Our server Leeanne was so helpful assisting us in picking out our food and our wine flights, ensuring that we had a great food experience. The management was fantastically accommodating! My husband had many questions about the vineyard and they were all answered. They took care of us as if we were royalty. We would go back at any opportunity.

i’ve called a minimum of 15 times in the past month to try and book for a private even every single time i’ve been told the “event coordinator is not in” it’s ridiculous does this woman not work? how is she making a living if she’s never working?

The food was not good at all.
It was a disappointment to pay 180 for nothing!

I spent the day here with my extended family (a group of 14), and every moment was absolutely incredible! We enjoyed a wine tour, a tasting, and a fantastic lunch at the bistro. Without a doubt, the bistro served the best food we had during our entire stay in Virginia. Reagan led our tour and wine tasting, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide—she was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and made the experience unforgettable. Thank you for an amazing time!

Loved Crosskeys in college & I still love it now! Great wine, great food, great service & great views. Was very excited to visit again today after 4 years & we were all SO disappointed that the brie bowl was no longer on the menu. Writing a review in the hopes that the owners will see the request 😂🙏

The experience was good, great customer service, wine was amazing, everything came out great! BUT I came home and had the worst stomach bug after eating there. I couldn’t be 2 feet away from a toilet bc I was either throwing up or using the bathroom. It hit all of us that ate there. I’m not sure what happened but other than that it was a good experience 😂 (I know it was from them because we ate at home the whole day except when coming here)

Amazing as always

The Saturday (02/15/25) Brunch experience was incredible! The Brunch Sampler and the Shrimp and Grits were insane, paired with the mimosas made for the perfect Valentine’s Day Weekend. The Wine & Chocolate pairing event was an amazing way to experiment and taste new flavor pairings. If you get the chance to have Meredith as your server, you’re in for a treat because she made sure to continually check in and make sure everything came out perfectly. Definitely look forward to visiting a lot more!
