“The cookies are always perfect, but the first time I went here they didn't have my order - which I don't blame the staff for at all because they can't control a computer glitch. Today, however, I ordered the 4 items in the weekly rotation, and for one of the cookies they gave me the celebration cookie that they always have instead of the one I was supposed to get. I didn't notice until I got home.”
