The other day my coworkers were asking how I spent my birthdays growing up and I shared that no matter what, I always celebrate with an ice cream cake. Today when I got to work, I was absolutely blown away when they surprised me with quite literally the most beautiful red velvet ice cream cake I have ever laid my eyes on.
