We had an Easter dinner that was awesome, lamb and ham, can't go wrong with that. Food was great and Missy took great care of us. Copper Kettle has a high open ceiling with lots of hard surfaces so it can be noisy at times. It wasn't too bad because there was a light crowd when we dined. The biggest issue was the temperature of the room. Not really their fault, it was 72 the day before and then 54 the day we were there so trying to balance heat vs A/C was a challenge. Otherwise, another great meal at a delightful location.

CK was not crowded and server appeared to be new... team was slow on taking orders. Food has improved immensely! Kudos to the GM for prioritizing something that all members and guests appreciate!

We had a wonderful time. The wait staff was extremely attentive. We were very well taken care of. Menu items were generally great. Super Servings!, but some unfamiliar pairings of condiments and sandwich types threw it off just a little. Always love it.

We were sat at a table by a service area when other tables were available. We waited a while for service. Once our waiter got there we were not offered water. I ordered the carbonara and requested extra pancetta. The pasta came with no pancetta. When asked about it, the waiter brought out extra parmesan. I explained what pancetta was and he went back to the kitchen again. By the time they cooked the pancetta my pasta was cold. The waiter checked on us after we were done eating then brought the bill. I'm not sure if there was a dessert menu because we were never offered it. I'm not sure if the waiter was new or if this was just poor service. Either way this was not an enjoyable experience.

The electric candle on the table was a very nice addition. I had the Noodle Bowl and it was very good. Much better than in the past. The waitress had a shadow following her. She was Argentina and did very well. All in all everyone's meal was good. Keep up the good work.
Such amazing potential at the resort. This was a fixed menu night so it was buffet and food was very average for cost. Better stick with the normal menu and keep the price reasonable for venue.

Great buffet, but service was slow. Brought wine bottle but no glasses Waitress said she would be back with glasses. 10 minutes later still no glasses so I had to ask another waitress for the glasses.

Reservations were made for a Saturday night and there was a good crowd. We had an extended wait to be seated but the staff were very busy and working hard so we made the best of it. Once seated the waitress was very cordial and proficient. We had the flat bread pizza such was good. Also a hamburger which was delicious and the chicken tenders. We will return.
Uncomfortable seating and venue. Food was abysmal and devoid of flavor. The water had more flavor than any of the dishes ordered. Priced way above what I would ever be willing to pay.

My daughter and I enjoyed a good meal! I think the menu was different than last time and it is nice that they know have a wine list in a hard menu card rather than just a piece of paper and they are offering local wine! Our server was good but sorry I did not catch his name. I loved my steak and cheese and my daughter always gets a burger!

I made a reservation online and asked for a candle at our table when they asked for any special requests. Our table was ready on time and they went the extra mile and had a candle at our table. That was great! And much appreciated. Unfortunately the service was rough. We waited 10 mins. Af5er being seated and still had no server or drinks ordered. I flagged a server that walked by and he said he would be back soon even though he was not supposed to be our server. He eventually came back and took our order. The food was great but the service throughout our meal wasn't very good and it wasn't super busy. The food and the ambiance were great, the service just needs some work. We will eat here again

This was not our first time at the Copper Kettle, and we have always found the food to be delightful and a good value. The servers are attentive, knowledgeable, and gave us plenty of time to make our choices.
