This is a great ski lodge restaurant and so close to the slopes. We ate here repeatedly during our week as the other restaurant was closed. Each meal was great and served quickly. Loved the salmon as an entree and on my Caesar salad as well. The squash and kale salad was even better. The Lava Cake dessert is a must do with vanilla ice cream and filling even for 2 people. The staffs are great, very helpful, and polite. The was service was top tier. The live music was lovely. The only negative is the food was bland and most of their drinks has coconut milk. I understand the concept, but who puts coconut milk in a Margarita 🍹. They are willing to make you whatever drinks you want on and off the menu.
I reviewed fire and frost, but I think the edge is a little bit better. It has a better view of the mountain top and great customer service. The food came in pretty quick and our waiters and manager was very polite and the prices were decent enough for everyone to feel comfortable.
