We were skiing and got a bogo deal for breakfast. I was very surprised how reasonable the breakfast prices are. I expected resort prices. The food was great, large portions, and the service was fantastic. But, we were there on a very slow day so the staff was not overworked.
The quality of the food for being on the top of a mountain was incredible. I spilled my Negroni (which was also very good) and was immediately brought a new one. The staff and the food was fantastic. Amit, our server, was on top of everything and was extremely attentive. He was so nice and worked very hard. We would definitely recommend!Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options!!

The Copper Mine at Wintergreen was “temporarily” closed in 2020 during the pandemic. Now, at the end of 2022, it remains closed. It is still set up as a restaurant; the signs remain and it is still on the Wintergreen website. Nearly every other restaurant at Wintergreen has reopened. No one has presented a good explanation why the Copper Mine remains closed. I frequented this restaurant many times in the past and hope to visit again, someday.
