This is a difficult review to leave because while we had an amazing experience when we first discovered Martha’s Kitchen, we suppose they’re successful enough to not open on a Saturday without updating their status on Google. We drove a long distance to show off this amazing restaurant to others only to find that they chose not to open that day and not update their current status in Google. Again, great place for sure (it’s a must actually!!), but...
The setting was warm and welcoming, and our server was an absolute rock star. I ordered the fried chicken and my partner got the fried cod—both were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The whole experience was so good that we’re already planning to come back next week.
Initially met in the parking lot for FB Marketplace and could smell the food outside. Was immediately drawn in and everything was delicious. I never get smoked foods but ordered the pulled pork sandwich and it was easy to eat, neat, sweet and smoky. We also tried the cheesey chicken which was breaded chicken, Mac n cheese, and bacon and that was amazing. 10/10 would make the trip back here!
