Worst Dunkin’ ever. We ordered hot chocolate and they gave us cold chocolate, and it wasn’t even properly mixed with sugar. When we told them, the staff member responded rudely. Very disappointing experience.

This morning, November 28, 2025, I went to Dunkin' here in New Market for breakfast, and the drive-thru employee, around 8:15 am, made me a very bad iced coffee. I told her, and she replied that if I wanted her to make it again, I had to paid it. People like that shouldn't work with customers. Her duty was to correct her coffee. I usually go to other Dunkin' locations in other towns, and this has never happened to me before.

Do not order from this location, they are always overwhelmed with orders, especially on the weekends and are very disorganized. Terrible management. You will wait a long time for your order.

I went in to use the bathroom and I am disappointed the cleanliness is lacking and that's being polite. The people selling the donuts but they didn't have anything gluten free. Overall I think the store needs a thorough cleaning inside and out. Trash cans by the gas pumps were full of trash.

Stopped here on my home just to get a quick breakfast and hit the road. I got one of those pumpkin cake donuts. I didn't like it. I also got a chocolate cake donut it wasn't sweet. The restroom was dirty, the toilet seat was taped together. Seats are like $20 at home depot. The place wasn't busy they could have cleaned the restroom.

Bathrooms were super dirty. The cashier kept zoning out and every time she repeated my order it was accurate. After a long wait for our food. We got back on the road to head home (3hrs away) our food tasted disgusting. Like they haven’t been cleaning their equipment. Both of our wraps, both sandwiches and hash browns all tasted disgusting.

Somehow they Burnt the croissant and English muffin sandwiches... the donuts, you know the thing they are known for, were stale at 6:30am! There also was poop all over the toilet in the bathroom. So follow my advise and just go to the 7eleven and get a cliff bar and canned coffee. Don't waste your time here. If I could give negative stars, I would.
