My open roast beef sandwich platter was really good. My boyfriend's food (fried oysters) was disappointing as he said the oysters were not completely done. He only got seven for $21.95 along with other food on the side that was fair. The oysters didn't taste good. However, the peanut soup was very delicious and we enjoyed it although the waittress didn't bring us any crackers until we were almost done. She was very busy. So I’ve always loved the food at Southern Kitchen but tonight we decided to do takeout since we live in Harrisonburg and I went by the menu online on the website. Everything was great, but the reason I gave you four stars is because your pricing on your website is totally different than what we were charged so needless to say our bill was a bit more expensive than what we thought it was going to be.
