I'm giving those poor guys a 4 because they were working their tails off and couldn't keep up. Mcdonalds is doing too much with the 42 different ways you can order and minimal staffing. I can guarantee they dont make enough money to pay the anxiety meds they need after lunch hour alone. They are troopers but Mcdonalds should do something to make it easier on them as well, not jist the customer because it hurts us in the long run.
