I'm giving those poor guys a 4 because they were working their tails off and couldn't keep up. Mcdonalds is doing too much with the 42 different ways you can order and minimal staffing. I can guarantee they dont make enough money to pay the anxiety meds they need after lunch hour alone. They are troopers but Mcdonalds should do something to make it easier on them as well, not jist the customer because it hurts us in the long run. I waited 45 minutes for my food and...
The gentleman in the drive through that worked on October 2nd ( I wish had gotten his name so I could have added it to here.) was phenomenal and that's the reason i'm giving this a five star review! I was having a rough day and he was so kind that It made my day better. So thank you!
It's a fast food restaurant so you get a fast food experience. With that said, the staff is usually friendly & cheerful, with some exceptions. The dinning room is usually very clean, as are the bathrooms. The food is hit or miss. If they are busy, the food is pretty fresh. If it's slow, the fries are 85% of the time cold & stale, while the sandwiches taste like they've been under a heat lamp for hours.
