A nice quiet coffee spot, the barista was sweet and prompt. The cinnamon rolls and the chai are seriously some of the best I’ve ever had.

We stop by when we're visiting New Market (esp at John Henry's grocery across the street - double the fun). Like most coffee shops, there is array of tempting pastries on display. In addition, they offer creative sandwiches and lunch items. Good ambiance and service - rivals any NoVa coffee shop but reasonable priced.

They were so kind to serve us when we arrived 4 minutes before closing time. They gave us excellent service and made our drinks perfectly. Much appreciated!

Stop here a couple times a week since its by far the closest coffee shop. The lattes are decent and a really good price. They put more espresso shots in their drinks than any other coffee shop I have been to which is great. The scones are decent. The breakfast sandwiches leave something to be desired. The service is hit or miss. They totally forgot about our order on one occasion and gave our order to another customer on another location. They're friendly though. There are places to sit and stay. It's a coffee shop inside the town visitor center so it's not super cozy but it's not bad.

Excellent food, service and ambiance. We stopped here off the highway while traveling. Close to the highway and we'll worth the stop!

Cool little cafe. Good coffee and baked goods. You can learn a bit too while you’re there. Oh yeah, the quiche was one of the best I’ve ever had. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll go back just for it. ??

Not only is this a beautiful historic building with a few actual exhibits, the espresso is 5 stars!

After being turned away at The Italian Job... for have g a service dog. We stopped at this great Cafe and enjoyed a wonderful lunch. Still a little shook from being hassled at the pizza joint, we ordered BLTs. Delicious in every way. Also enjoyed the Civil War paintings and museum. Thanks for welcoming us and our service dog Gibbs. You treated us like family.

Located in the same building as the visitor center, parking in the back or on the street. It is Pet Friendly! They even made a pup cup for our dog. The coffee is great, we even bought beans to take home. Large portions and great value. Will come back if we are in the area.

The staff is very welcoming, Kristin and Erica are wonderful. Always greeting you with a smile and a Goodmorning, we came in every morning while we were staying in New Market. Being a coffee lover, I must say I was quite pleased with coming across this place. The brown sugar latte is delicious hot or cold, their white chocolate and lavender latte is also to die for. Their breakfast is also good, their breakfast burritos, their croissants and sandwiches are all delicious… and my word, don’t even get me started in the scones. If you stop, please please please, grab a scone on your way out.

I have never found myself in a position to leave a review for an establishment before. But the service that my family and I experience every time we decide to dine there is just plainly horrible. My mother and I decided to eat some sandwiches today but we decided to get a refund after we notice that they always leave us for last, just because we are not white. Every time we come to this establishment and there is a group of caucasians, they always get their food first. This would be fine if its a one-time occurrence, but its every time we go there. Today it was a group of Six or five of white women who ordered the same thing as us, a Rachel sandwich and an italian melt. But then again, they left us for last. We asked for a refund and the woman who took our order did not even ask us why we wanted a refund. It seemed that they were happy to get us out of there as quickly as possible. it's quite a shame since their sandwiches are quite amazing! My mother and I are both hispanic. Normally I wouldn't care but nobody has the right to treat my mother like this. Especially since she is not fluent in English and cannot speak for herself. Im glad to say this is not something that happens every day in the U.S. But it saddens me to say this place is NOT Latino friendly.

Tourist stuck in town a couple hours waiting for new tires. Stopped here for breakfast. Had the special flatbread and it was to die for. Huge portion for the price. Lovely place, surrounded by history.
