Second time here and it’s absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms are dirty with no soap. There’s no hand sanitizers and they don’t care when you tell them. These people are making your food with these same hands they’re not washing.

Most everytime i go to the mc donalds in New Market they either get my order wrong, don't give me my receipt when I've asked for one, I've had to repeat my order to them over and over again. Honestly if I had another choice in fast food burgers near me I'd go there. I don't like feeling that they don't understand the words I'm saying.
Most of the young employees have pods in their ears and are often on their phones, ignoring customers. I'm so disappointed in this restaurant.
The only reason they're even still in business is because they no longer have competition from BK.

Breakfast at this location on this day is perfect. The steak egg and cheese McMuffin was well put together, hot in the bag and the hashbrowns were all hot and slightly crisp. This crew absolutely nailed it this morning.

I’ll keep this short. Drive thru took forever (close to 20 mins) the young person at the window asked for payment, lied and said that “her manager wouldn’t allow a second code for food” when I have been here (and any other McDonald’s for that matter)several other times where that has NOT been the case. Fries were burnt, the drink I was given was incorrect, and the sauce for the nuggets I asked for was omitted. I realize that it was 10:20(apparently the store closes at 11)when I finally received my order but whoever the manager of this particular McDonald’s is, please, DO BETTER. Your semblance of a staff depends on you to set the right example. I’ll be writing to corporate next. Oh and thanks, this will be the last time I’ll be dining at this particular establishment.

Ordéred a boo basket for my daughter, the person who took my order confirmed they were available, then the idiot kid at the second window says "we're out" as they're prepping another basket.

Food seemed off. Kids and wife wouldn’t eat the food. I’m assuming they need to change out the oil for the fries. Bathrooms were just awful, I’ve seen crappy gas stations with cleaner floors, toilets and working dispensers. Do better!
