Usually this Mickey Dee's is decent but we must have caught it on a bad weekend. There were no lids for sodas, service was slow, the bathrooms had no toilet paper, and the soap in the bathroom was not hooked up to the soap dispenser.

Only decent workers there are Micah and Lexi. Everyone else either gives you an attitude or treats you weird. They also close all the time, causing major inconvenience to those who come through here every morning before work. Something is always broken or down. Was better when Nathan was manager

The ordering process, which is done on a touchscreen, was cumbersome and difficult. The first time I did the order, it canceled it out, and I had to redo it. the second time It took my payment, but it didn't print a receipt. Then, taking the Egg McMuffin out of its packaging, I discovered that the muffin was cold and not toasted at all.

The food was good. The reason for the mediocre service rating isn't because of the people. The drive thru speaker is damaged and it makes ordering difficult. I did not go inside so I am not giving an atmosphere rating.

Saturday morning waited in store 25 mins so far still have not gotten food and they have NOT said a word to me. Horrible horrible service.
Like most mcdonalds don't expect them to get your order correct
