The place is hardly clean and they can't even cook their food correctly./ 1 year later, this manager should be fired, she is screaming at the workers in front of customers. If the workers weren't being yelled at then there wouldn't be mistakes. The owner of this place, please fire her. It makes me feels sick seeing this action.

We were at the counter ordering McFlurries for our kids when the employee taking our order suddenly walked away on us. We assumed he was checking if their machine is working, but instead he went all the way to the back and brought out another employee who spoke Spanish. We don’t speak Spanish! The whole staff ended up staring at us, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. It felt like we were being singled out based on our accent, and it was especially disappointing to experience this right before Christmas. It was racist! There is a better way to handle situations like this if you can’t understand a customer! I truly feel bad for the employees who have to work alongside coworkers who behave this way. We’re not Loving it!

The fries were the worse fries I’ve ever eaten - totally disgusting. The one employee was not very nice and complained about not having time to deal with any issues and actually crumpled up a piece of paper and threw it across the counter area. This McDonald’s is one of the worse ones I’ve ever eaten at

This review is for Chesna...she works the drive thru mostly...always friendly...professional...very good at her job...she could/should teach a masterclass on how to be a McDonald's employee... I am a retired senior who just moved to New Market and am always impressed when this young lady is working... I hope management recognizes this...

I'm giving this location 4 stars because for a McDonald's it's outstanding. I've been here 3 times and the fries are always really fresh, hot, and salted. Once the cheeseburger was kind of cold, and that's why it's not 5 stars but usually the sandwiches are fresh also
