Look! You need to try this place. Our server was fun, friendly, beautiful, engaging, and patient. Unfortunately, we couldn't have the paella, seafood stew, or calamari because they make it fresh and did not have the ingredients on hand. However, my dad had the salmon and shrimp; my mom had the quesadillas, and I had the churrasco. We started with the chicaron de puerco and mojitos (classic for me, mango for my parents). Y'all! I wish I lived here, but my parents will be back. My mom and I loved the music playing in the background. Support this local small business! You won't be disappointed. Call ahead if you want those specials I mentioned!Kid-friendliness: I saw two children at another table. One was in a high chair.

The music, drinks, and of course the food was amazing. I ordered the quesadilla and even the way it looked was amazing, but words could not express the flavor. You just got to see for yourself.

My good friend Noel, a native from Dominican Republic (D.R.) recommended we eat at Amadeus Sports Bar and Grill. I was amazed at the welcome service and the enthusiasm in the hospitality I received. The hostess was extremely happy to introduce me to the amazing food culture by recommending a non alcoholic drink composed of milk, passion fruit, lime , and other fruits I cannot remember. The drink was smooth, balanced flavors, and fresh. It was amazing. Next she served me hot wings, and not just any wings. These wings were made from the soul of a woman who understood love of culture is the secret ingredient. The wings were made fresh, cooked to perfection and served with a reminder that when you cook with love, you are showing others the beauty of the D.R culture. The wings at Amadeus will make you religious ?Next I was served Bistec Encebollado, an authentic from D.R. That was equally amazing. The steak was season perfectly, onions caramelized in a way that complimented the fluffiness of the rice to enhance the overall flavor of the dish. Another amazing dish you must try.I had to go back and get the mafungo with shrimp. What an absolute perfection of food art! The shrimp was light flavorful and incredibly tasty with the sauce and starch.Overall, the authenticity of the food will take you back to happier times a time when the world was your playground and your Mom feed you from the heart. If you have not visited Amadeus Sports Bar and Grill, I highly recommend you put it on you top five places to eat in Yorktown. You will not be dissatisfied. To the entire staff of Amadeus Sports Bar and Grill THANK YOU so much for teaching me your culture through your amazing food. I will be a returning customer ready to try a different dish every time.Sincerely,El Guapo Chupa cabra:)

Took 20 minutes to get a child's highchair they were "cleaning" upon receiving still had food on it that wiped off with a napkin. Highchair received the female clasps had been cut off with half the strap and my child kept climbing out of it. 30 mins in received 2nd highchair, menus, and drink request. Only drinks available were coke and pink lemonade which the menu has Pepsi products on it. Getting pink lemonade 10 minutes later and opertunity to order our food and requesting and additional highchair as the 2nd the female clasps was broken and allowing my child to still climb out. Hour later we left after receiving nothing and noticing the party next to us roughly 10 people were getting plates 2 at a time. People with food were finishing up as next set of plates were coming out and no opertunity to eat together. Meanwhile the regulars playing pool and sitting at the bar were all recieving reasonable service and timeliness while enjoying smoke breaks at the front door with the waiting staff. 1 hour and 45 mins no where to change a diaper, no functional highchairs, waitress rolling silverware going from the bar to smokebreak and back to bar to continue rolling silverware, party established with drinks and conversation already upon our arrival not eating together, 3rd family arriving after us 25 min for menus and drink orders. It was time to go and the waiting staff stood back and watched us walk out.
