I love American’s Best Wing chain, however today I discovered a roach in my drink. I am beyond sick and will not return to this location.

All locations just need to use fresher veggies on the sandwiches & everything will be great because the food is good & I hate to pick off my lettuce/tomatoes each time 🤦🏻‍♀️

They cooked my food still in the plastic

2 stars for the simple fact they are cross contaminating food by not using specific baskets for sides, seafood, and chicken each it's a nono coming from someone in the industry

Horrible boneless wings, Not welcoming at all, The sweet tea was funky. The fries werent good. Never going back .. wish I didn't waste my money

Did not like the service, the combo has a 20 oz drink but since there machine is down and has no ice and then they tell you to get a small can 12oz drink but not the 20 oz bottle drink and still charge you like you got a 20oz drink. Don’t get the combo because you will be shorted. Food is decent so not too bad but needs better service and please get that machine FIXED. It’s been too long since it was down.

This was a horrible experience. We ordered our food. Look to sit abs eat there, but the cashier stated that he had to clean the only sitting area up so we would need to come back. In this particularly area it had about 6 tables and it was decent. My husband said he can wipe off the tables so we can sit. The cashier said no. So we said give us our money back because why are we spending our money here and you can not accommodate us with seats.

Loved my whole wings chicken and it was served hot as usual, crunchy and juicy. You make your order, wait for few minutes - mine was 15 minutes - and food is served. The wait is because it’s is cooked/fried once you order. Thus the freshness. Lovely place, lovely food.
