I called about getting a Rice bowl. The guy who answered could barely speak English, I didn't mind that however, he became so upset with me trying to tell him what I wanted, he told me to call back when I figured out what I wanted. He said that I was holding up the line and hung up. I let it go and decided not to order from them. Today I had some guest over who wanted to order from them, so I called. When I called they kept hanging up on me, so I called from another number and told them I think something is wrong with their phone, he then tells me don't call here, we can't serve you, you make problem. Im confused as to how. So Im getting penalties because someone there can't speak nor understand English??????? They will never get my money again!

Beyond great food, fast service and a smile.... what more can we ask for! The wings are never over/undercooked or greasy!
Do never again use the weak point of a delivery and respect them… they are working hard under the stress of the roads driving to deliver the food… and I hope the next deliveries coming for pickup from your restaurant you fill up the drinks from the soda machine for them and they find the package ready for them to deliver without touching any food or drink or anything else… that make you better, and do never give a bad review for a delivery on Dordash or Uber … we delete our bad reviews and you came back to 4.1 … if you will make any mistake with any delivery or customer next time you will be in real trouble with the food safety and we will make your rate less then 3… did you understand that now and how the deliveries are powerful…

Ordered from Uber eats and not only were they the first place to get my order 100% right I asked for extra seasoning in the instructions and they loaded me up. I cannot tell you the last time in my life I was hooked up like that before. It’s the little things that make people happy please keep it up.

Wings are huge, not dinky like some places. There are so many choices at this place. I ordered buffalo sauced 10 piece bone in wings combo with fries and drink. The wings themselves are crispy and juicy. It was more than enough food! Would go back again!
Came to visit Virginia for the summer and I have to say, these are the best wings I’ve had in a while. Definitely recommend.

everytime i want some wings, i know ima have to deal with an attitude. my last straw is me trying to call and place an order and the same guy that’s always rude talking about “i cant hear you” in the rudest tone ever. he blew me, i’m over this place. i rather drive all the way to hampton than deal with dude again. booooo???
