The food was typical, Arby's, but the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. I understand this is fast food, but you don't really need to be swearing at each other loud enough that the only customer can clearly hear you while they are eating their food at least 30 feet away.

This is the worst Arby's I've been to by far. The woman taking my order at the drive-thru was unprepared and made me wait to take my order. Not only did she have an attitude but proceeded to complain about the job as if Im a burden to her life. When I paid, they told me to park in the handicap space and they made me wait well over 10 mins to get my food. When the server came out she still had that same attitude while she handed me my bag with sweatpants on and no professionalism.

I got two gyros, I asked for extra lettuce. I asked the counterclerk if I was going to be charged for the extra lettuce she said I don't think so. So I was charged for it after all. Then when I got my gyros there was very little lettuce on them, definitely not extra lettuce. So I went to the counter and asked for extra lettuce and The person in charge gave me a small container of extra lettuce. So be careful and check your food when you ask for something special.

The food was pretty decent. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch combo. Only two customers in the entire restaurant but the employees were talking and watching videos on their phones. Looked up at us twice but continued talking. Once they decided to assist us they were pleasant. I don't have a problem with them talking but assist the customer first. The Arbys is rarely crowded so one would think they have time to socialize.

This fast food is not a good place to eat. We stood there for 20 minutes and no one took our orders and just ignores us. I end up leaving due to poor service. I won't recommend. The manager was counting her money in front of us and didn't say a word.

The customer service of the staff has been poor on several visits. The latest horrible experience is just the latest driving my review. Food has been good/fine, but the customer experience has made it not worth my time or frustration to return anytime in the near future!
