The food was pretty decent. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch combo. Only two customers in the entire restaurant but the employees were talking and watching videos on their phones. Looked up at us twice but continued talking. Once they decided to assist us they were pleasant. I don't have a problem with them talking but assist the customer first. The Arbys is rarely crowded so one would think they have time to socialize.

This fast food is not a good place to eat. We stood there for 20 minutes and no one took our orders and just ignores us. I end up leaving due to poor service. I won't recommend. The manager was counting her money in front of us and didn't say a word.

The customer service of the staff has been poor on several visits. The latest horrible experience is just the latest driving my review. Food has been good/fine, but the customer experience has made it not worth my time or frustration to return anytime in the near future!

Although, they’re not busy as they use to be, this was a good experience. My husband and I food was hot, our order was correct and the customer service we received was good. Kudos for the staff that was there this day ! It’s great to go into a food place that’s not busy and not see people looking mad to take your order or hand you your food, standing around on their phones or having to hear about what’s happening in their life.

They're always running out of roast beef. (It's a joke to them at this point) The roast beef is ok, if your hungry. The curly fries are nasty, the crinkle fries ok when hot but kinda of nasty. The burgers are trash! The jalapeño bites are good with the berry sauce. The fish sandwich is delicious. With the right management and employees this place has a little potential.

You say all over internet and Google that you open at 10 am drive 12 miles to get to your store just to be told you do not open till 11 am! Even store front say 10 am.
Was excited to try the new Big Cheesy Burger until I got home and unwrapped it to find a giant red hair in my sandwich. At least 2 of the associates I saw had red hair, including a manager. This is unacceptable and a complete letdown and waste of time, gas, and money. Drove 15 minutes back there to get a new burger without even receiving so much as an apology. This store needs training and should be required to wear hairnets.

The food is like top shelf good freezer isle food from walmart but still must edible thing around sometimes fries are the ONLY REASON YOU GET FOUR STARS, FRIES, the one thing Arby's could do is just increase quality but keep same prices as in they are too HIGH like four bongs down and you have no water to change but ignore the bottle of water because you are to high like your PRICES still love you fries and nice staff 💖
