Our party of 2 selected multiple roast beef sadwiches, each with thinky sliced roast beef. Sandwiches were well assembled, wrapped and were delicious Music in dining room is too loud. Very quick and efficient lunch

Every time I come to this location, I am completely satisfied. The people that work here have always been prompt and super nice. Food is always like it should be. Very friendly staff and very clean. Of all the Arby’s in the Newport News and Hampton area, they should take lessons from these people that work at this store. I recommend this location above all others in the area.

We ordered 3 double roast beef meals, curly fries and drinks. Digital coupon for online orders so saved quite a bit i LOVE their promotions! Food was warm, well assembled, neat, and the fries WERE COLD but aside from that it was great. Very dissapointing about the fries, definitely a big part of the meal.

Service is slow, and they always ask you to pull up even when nobody else is in line. They are trying to manipulate timing by having you pull up and then back up. Happens on most visits.
