Service is slow, and they always ask you to pull up even when nobody else is in line. They are trying to manipulate timing by having you pull up and then back up. Happens on most visits.

I understand that times are hard and not everyone thinks alike, but in these times I'm not looking for fast food. I want HOT FRESH food. I don't mind waiting for fries. I don't mind waiting for hot food. That's what I want to spend my hard earned money on. HOT FRESH food. It's not like there was 500 people waiting in line or in the drive thru.
