3rd time this week i attempted to get a almond pretzel and again they tell me the person in front of me purchased the last one and they will not make anymore for the day. Smh. I only came to the mall to get the pretzel. They need to manage inventory better. Poorly managed store. I guess if i have the craving i need to go to Yorktown Walmart one.

The food was amazing, got my order quickly. Recommend the pizza pretzel out of everything though, it's so delicious I can keep coming back every day! Service was also amazing and very friendly.

Kid-friendliness: They are so friendly with kids the cashier ask if she can give a auntie annes tattoo sticker to my 5 years old and 12 years old grandkids. And my grandkids was so happy.

I recently visited the Auntie Anne’s at Patrick Henry Mall and had a wonderful experience. The pretzel nuggets were freshly baked, warm, and absolutely delicious. The cinnamon sugar pretzel was a perfect sweet treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and served us quickly despite the busy atmosphere. The store was clean and inviting. I highly recommend stopping by for a tasty snack!”

Best pretzels in town.

1/23/23 Unprofessional, Unprepared and Unaware. These 4 young women in the kiosk fooled no one., it was obvious they did not know what they were doing. They got my daughters money but I was not going to just hand them money then wait for 30 mins for a pretzel and a drink. When she finally received her pretzel it looked like a biscuit and the Rep explained that their pretzels dont come premade and had the nerve to be short with me because I requested my daughters money back. My advice is to you young ladies either learn your business or loose your business. The tell sign for me is when you all were grouped together looking at the the dough like the pretzel was going to make itself that's when I knew to walk away.

Horrible customer service. Did not want to make a cinnamon sugar pretzel although they were open for another hour and a half.I knew better than to come here.
