3rd time this week i attempted to get a almond pretzel and again they tell me the person in front of me purchased the last one and they will not make anymore for the day. Smh. I only came to the mall to get the pretzel. They need to manage inventory better. Poorly managed store. I guess if i have the craving i need to go to Yorktown Walmart one.

The food was amazing, got my order quickly. Recommend the pizza pretzel out of everything though, it's so delicious I can keep coming back every day! Service was also amazing and very friendly.

Kid-friendliness: They are so friendly with kids the cashier ask if she can give a auntie annes tattoo sticker to my 5 years old and 12 years old grandkids. And my grandkids was so happy.

I recently visited the Auntie Anne’s at Patrick Henry Mall and had a wonderful experience. The pretzel nuggets were freshly baked, warm, and absolutely delicious. The cinnamon sugar pretzel was a perfect sweet treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and served us quickly despite the busy atmosphere. The store was clean and inviting. I highly recommend stopping by for a tasty snack!”
