No customer services skills at all. Omg the rudeness

I think the people who work there are very nice but to be honest the ice cream portions are really small for what you pay. I asked for two scoops and it looked like a portion of one. I’ve been to other Baskin-Robbins that give you a decent size scoop for your money. Prices are expensive here but I guess we’re paying for the brand. It’s messy how they serve sometimes with ice cream dripping down the sides of cups or waffle cones. I see they been renovating but it still looks a little unkept around the customer area.

I found that the ice cream tubs needed to be scraped down. The employees are scooping by digging down the center Instead of around the edges. The scoops were soft and not nice and round. There were the occasional ice crystals in the scoops. I have seen better scooped tubs. These were a mess. I worked for a Baskin-Robbins store for years 27 yearsago so I know how things should be done and your employees are lacking. I don't know how your district person let's this get by.

Dirty and not ever open on time like they should. 10 mins past opening and no one in sight.

This place needs to be cleaned! There was literally dust balls hanging from the sign over the register. Do not look up. The window sills are all taped up. It does not look like a big name chain is caring for this location. It was terrible. Clutter everywhere. I haven’t been out for ice cream in a while and I will never go here again.

They really have poor customer service at this location! I’ve gone to this location three times and it never fails every time even though I’m next in line, they always skip over me and go for the next person! At this point, I’ll just go to Hampton for ice cream because that has never happened at the Hampton location!

Great service

I wanted a double scoop of lemon custard! The top looked gross! It was gummy looking and I thought I saw a hair . My aunt wasn't impressed with anything either. We left so disappointed. They need to cover the icecream while it's slow! I wish I'd thought to take a picture ???

I ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday. The ice cream was supposed to be cookies & cream and I received oreo. Not that big a deal however the chocolate cake part was extremely dry and dehydrated. Very disappointing. I could have had a tastier ice cream cake from a grocery store.

Hours says open till 10. But it’s only 9pm and the doors are closed. Really disappointed. Wish the hours were consistent

Stopped for a shake. The girl working was making something for another customer. She took a dirty shake blender container from the sink and poured out the milky looking dirty water and used it. Didn't even rinse it. Customer service and cleanliness has really dropped recently. I will never go there again.

I'm a big fan of Cappuccino Blast. Have been a loyal customer before Pandemic hits. I went to the store a couple of times in 2022. The Blast tasted bad with no flavor at all. Just some coffee flavor iced water. Went there last Saturday when my grandson visited us. The boy that made the blast tasted so good and I decided to get some more today. To my disappointment, today's cappuccino Blast has gone back to flavorless iced water. Can't tell that there's icecream in there. The inconsistency of the quality drives customers away. I've decided not to go back again to this store and thought other customers should know about this too.

They always have my favorite Bubble Gum Ice Cream, and the service is always great.
