Update: The owner's response was a total fabrication. We spoke at one point after all the decisions on the cake had been agreed upon and the entire balance has been paid and she indicated she was still on the search for additional St. Patrick's day things in addition to the topper she was making out of Fondant and Chocolate but everything she had seen was cheesy (her words not mine). Like I said, in addition to since the sides of the cake were totally plain except for green border. Right from the beginning she assured me that she could create a beautiful, realistic clover bouquet topper made from fondant and chocolate. We never veered from that. Maybe in her mind she did because possibly realized she could not create what she promised or didn't give herself enough time to do the job but that was never implied or relayed in any form or fashion. There was never a single discussion about her not hand making that topper. I even questioned why the topper had been left of the picture that she sent right before leaving to deliver the cake.The the day before the wedding, late afternoon, and only because I had reached out to her she indicated the cake looked a bit boring and she suggested adding swags. I guess it did look plain; there was absolutely nothing except a white cake at that point since she never made the topper I paid for. I had a feeling something was going on when she sent me a picture of the cake right before she delivered it and cut the top off the cake in the picture. Besides not providing what she promised, the icing was sprinkled with dirt from the plant she quickly plopped on top. It also discussed before I sent her the deposit on the cake that the cake would be risen and the cupcakes positioned below. She quickly handed me the cupcakes and anniversary cake not setting up anything. When I looked closer at the cake, I noticed she had spilled tiny specks of dirt on both tiers of them. When I reached out after the wedding to discuss my disappointment, she told me I could return the live plant she had placed on top and she would refund the $15 she paid for it. Please think long and hard before selecting this baker to provide anything!

Saved the day for me! There was a change of plans for my husband's birthday so I needed a cake quick. I reached out to Bella's Custom Cakes & she made it happen with such convenience! Took my order on Thursday & within 3 days she had a delicious strawberry flavored cake ready for pick-up in spite of her having two weddings to service. There was a slight misunderstanding concerning the cake but her customer service was professional in handling the matter & the issue was resolved immediately. Four days before my daughter's Birthday, I needed to order a cake asap. Bella cakes came through for the win. Our budget wasn't much but she made our daughter a really cute cake for what we had to work with. My daughter loved the cake so much and so did I. I don't even like cake generally. But I ate a small piece and it was really good. Moist and fluffy, and the frosting was really good. Everyone enjoyed the cake.
