My dog ate my food before I could finish it so I went back to buy myself another meal around 6:30pm tonight and after I paid and told the cashier at the window about my night he made my sandwich himself and made sure my food was my hot and fresh. I really appreciated his simple kindness.

The food is never ready when you go through the drive through, constantly telling people to pull up and around each other meanwhile its only 3 cars in line. Being out of chicken is almost certain. Then they are rude about it, waving you off to move out of the way.

The store took over an hour to prepare and serve my driveway thru order of 2 Bo's sandwiches, a 3pc leg and thighs, and a kid's supreme meal. They said it takes that long to cook the chicken breast for the Bo's sandwiches....

This was the 1st time at this location that my chicken was not crispy and hot. My sweetie pie was not hot. The chicken must have been cooked hours ago and sitting in the box. I was very disappointed with my food. I believe the cashier probably is boxing up the $5.00 3 piece ahead of time before customers order them. This way he can continue on doing his own thing behind the counter.

Decent for fast food. Cost is about the same as others. Employees are always kind to us.
We went in to grab a quick lunch after getting my son school stuff the store was clean the food was fresh and all the staff was friendly. My wife was couldn't stop talking about how fresh and soft the biscuits were and my chicken taste like it was fresh out the grease. My son was happy to receive the the sweet treat BoBerry Biscuit on the house which was also fresh. This was a place we normally stop at but we will be back soon
As a delivery driver, I had a very disappointing experience at this Bojangles location. While picking up an order for a customer, I witnessed employees handling food with bare hands—completely unacceptable and unsanitary. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat here based on what I saw.
Additionally, if you’re a delivery driver using the drive-thru, be aware that they will direct you to go inside to pick up the order. Even then, the order wasn’t ready and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes. This delay is incredibly inconvenient, especially when the restaurant has a drive-thru that could be used to streamline the process. Poor handling and slow service make this location difficult to work with.
