We went in to grab a quick lunch after getting my son school stuff the store was clean the food was fresh and all the staff was friendly. My wife was couldn't stop talking about how fresh and soft the biscuits were and my chicken taste like it was fresh out the grease. My son was happy to receive the the sweet treat BoBerry Biscuit on the house which was also fresh. This was a place we normally stop at but we will be back soon
As a delivery driver, I had a very disappointing experience at this Bojangles location. While picking up an order for a customer, I witnessed employees handling food with bare hands—completely unacceptable and unsanitary. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat here based on what I saw.
Additionally, if you’re a delivery driver using the drive-thru, be aware that they will direct you to go inside to pick up the order. Even then, the order wasn’t ready and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes. This delay is incredibly inconvenient, especially when the restaurant has a drive-thru that could be used to streamline the process. Poor handling and slow service make this location difficult to work with.

I used to love this Bojangles but when they swapped the drive through for AI ordering it became painful and takes way to long to order anything close to what we wanted. After up minutes we gave up on ordering and just accepted what the AI thought we wanted. They have great chicken but if I have to negotiate with an AI ordering system I will not be back.

The manager that was working this day deserves a raise or a gift card. The manager and maybe like 2 other employees were running the whole show. And it was impressive! The manager was doing like almost everything by himself. Because his workers quit all at the same time. But even though things were challenging it did not stop the remaining crew from running the restaurant. The food was fresh and yes some stuff was out. But it did not stop the manager or his team from serving the customers. Thank you so much for your service and hopefully you can get a decent team in there.

Just went in for takeout and the gentlemen who helped out were so kind! I did not catch the name of the man originally helping us at the register but there was a small issue with getting us rung up and he had Jordan step in and help resolve it. Got home and the food is good too!
