The music and place was nice, but we had slow service. There was no reason for it to be so slow as the place was basically empty, not just our waiter but multiple workers were on there phones and hiding out in the back. Our waiter did not check up on us a lot and they even checked on other tables around us like we weren't there, and it took forever for us to even pay. Our order was a little wrong, but the food was still really good.

I am a delivery person and every time I have an order at this store it's not good. Usually there is no one at the desk for pick up and there is always a wait. Today I picked up 2 deliveries at once. When I got there the big guy for take out was talking with I assume a visiting co worker. I check ahead a time my orders before I enter into the building. I counted 5 kids drinks for the 2 orders. He had 4 kids drinks sitting on the counter. The first thing I noticed was no cup holder. I questioned him about a 5th drink and no cup holder. He said they don't supply cup holder's and there is only 4 drinks. I asked about the 5th drink and he said there was no 5th drink. I dared to question him again because I felt his unconcerned attitude. He told me to take them to my car because the food wasn't ready. I went to my car and called door dash and reported that the merchant doesn't provide cup holders for their drinks. When I came back in the food was ready and the 5th drink was waiting. No apologies for his unconcern attitude or his incorrect count of the drinks. He could have offered to help me with the drinks but he didn't care. I have encountered him before. If you do delivery or pickup at this store bring your own cup holder.

These were some of the best wings I’ve had from any restaurant. The service was fast and the staff was great. Will definitely order from here again.

Got some wings, o-rings, and some waters. It was the afternoon and I get it. We weren't the dinner crowd drinking beers and eating alot of wings.

Super cool 😎 👌 bartender seated us and mixed me up my favorite drink without it even being on the menu. The chicken of course is amazing but we tried diff sauces with them. Cajun, spicy garlic and jerk chicken are forehead sweating good. Drink water. Loved the vibe.

So tbh, I haven't been to this place in a long time because we got trash service a couple times in the distant past, but we gave it a shot tonight and the manager working was the BOMB. Dude looked out for us and made sure we had everything we could want and then some. This guy is amazing! Don't let him go! Fantastic customer service, thank you!

Ive been at this place several times. Each time its been a bit drab. Thie place is always dark, to the point its difficult to read the menu. It has that muggers row feeling in this place. They are all this way. Boring and non festive. They are remodeling and taking their time.

This last order was placed online for take out. I walk in tell the man behind the counter the name associated with the order and he stops cleaning the menus with a nasty rag, spins around in the chair and looks for the order.

A lady who works there comes out asks me for the name and says to the man, where's the order? As if it was just there.

He finally responds, I just gave it to some one else. The lady looked livid and says to wait a few more minutes and we will correct this. She reprints the order and takes it into the kitchen. In the meantime, the guy who gave away the order kept saying he was sorry. He stopped washing the menus when he revealed his mistake, but he did not move from that chair or offer anything other than a handful of i am sorry about that. I personally wont visit here. My son likes this place, even though most times there are less than a handfull of patrons in this place. Its become a place that only exists because of marketing.

The only saving grace was the lady who took the initiative to get the order fulfilled. She should be a manager because there wasnt one to be seen when i was there.

The food is what it is, nothing really to write home about. I do say the chicken sandwich might have Popeyes beat. Coming here for the atmosphere, you won’t get it, better off staying at home. Small TVs and overly loud audio. The service on the other hand has been top notch! Melissa has been outstanding every time she’s been my server! Phenomenal customer service! Very personable and very friendly! The parking lot feel like a country road with all the holes.

Kid-friendliness: If you child has audible issues i would not recommend you bring them on a weekend

The only bad thing is that the spicy wings are more than spicy, the wings have a lot of spices and it is bad taste to eat highly seasoned chicken.
The menu is not clear and even the unchopped wings are super full of seasonings to such a degree that I had to throw them away.
