Everytime we come they are out of everything! Last time was chicken ?. This time is pretzels and tots! Then i asked for ranch and sugar for my stuff and it took 20 minutes. They really arent busy to be out of some much. Good luck at this location!!

Placed a pickup order on my app, got there a couple minutes after expected pickup time and it wasn’t ready for another 40 minutes. Once I got my bag I was missing two items, waiting for it all took a total of an hour and on top of that…both items that were missing and given to me were cold and not fresh at all. Side sauce count was right but the sauces were not correct, now I know to check down to what sauce is in the cup. Oh well. Unfortunate experience especially considering how long I waited.

Ordered wings and were told they were out of clean eating utensils. Boyfriends food came out 25 minutes before mine and since he's gentlemen he wouldn't eat in front of me so his food got cold while we waited for my food. Complained to server we wanted discount and he took off 4 bucks for military discount instead of getting manager. Very unattentive and had empty glasses all evening. Will never visit or recommend.

This place has gone down hill in just a few months, never the same people working, I waited over 20mins just for a drink order and was told to order and pay for food using your QR code/app. I came inside to eat for the service and to have my order placed by a server, not place my own order. I was there over and hour and just after my one drinkand ate else where the service was so horrible, Don't waste your time or money with this place.

Asked about the offers of the day and was said that it was but one get one free. Afterwards when I was asked to pay through my phone for it my server would not come back. Ended up being buy one get one 50% off, which is still cheaper but please just let me know. Mid service and the server had an airpod in the whole time which i don’t care about personally but I know others would.

Took children out to eat on Saturday evening. Our order came out at different times. The food was the worst I have ever had in 5 years. The onion rings were hard as a rock and burnt, the French fries were soggy and the chicken was tough. Spent 96.00 for a meal that was totally not worth the price. Never will I ever go to another BWW.

I’ve been coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings for years and it has just progressively gone down hill with service. The past 3 times I’ve come here it took over 20 mins just for my waiter/waitress to introduce themselves and ask me what drink I’d like, on top of that they constantly get orders wrong mixing up flavors on wings or leaving the flavoring off completely then offer you a side of it??? No get my order right

Went there around 1pm with my wife and sister-in-law and there were barely any customers in there. We were seated and sat there for 15 mins never being acknowledged by any of the wait staff. We gave it about another 5 mins and we finally got up and left.

All of the wings were cold. Our waitress was not attentive and unbusy. I was very disappointed in the service. Our appetizers came out with our food. We didn't have sliverware, she asked if we wanted appetizers and left before we had a chance to respond. She didn't offer refills we had to repeatedly ask. Valerie was her name. I hope she does better. This didn't make our experience great at all. Hopefully management see this.

I can’t rate the food because we never received any. 2 PM on a Sunday afternoon the restaurant wasn’t that busy but the wait staff seemed to be taken by surprise and overwhelmed by the amount of customers they had. While waiting at the entrance we noticed several tables that had no food and people seemed to be looking around for a server. The young lady at the door asked us and the group in front of us, how many in our party’s. She then stepped away to go speak to a young man, it was at least 10 minutes or more. The man may have been a manager but they seemed to be having a disagreement of sorts as they kept glancing over at the ever growing line out the door. The lady finally comes back towards us and says “Y’all are going to have to patient, there are just two of us working this section.” She steps away again and comes back with a piece of receipt paper and asks again how many in each party and is sure to repeat to every group that there is only two of them and it’s going to be a while. We were told 15 minutes after we had already been waiting for all that time. Then she walks away and begins to talk to that man again. After waiting another 20 minutes we walked out right after one of the previously seated groups left. They obviously need to hire more people and train existing staff about customer service. We would have waited if it didn’t seem that the staff wanted us to leave so badly. We will go back to the Williamsburg location as we have never had any problems like this at that location.

Valerie is amazing! Always does whatever possible to make our visit memorable. The Pineapple Mojito is absolutely fantastic. They don't have sparkling water on the menu but the soda water from the bar tastes just as good.
