They make their food quickly, it always comes out right, and the staff is really nice. The lobby is decorated all cute with ocean vacation themed stuff and they play oldies on the speakers too so it's fun to eat there if you're feeling like a treat.

We went through the drive thru. The manager had work a long shift and the staff did not drop our fries. So we waited so long and was talking and goofing around. I could tell he was tired but made the best of the situation. The customer service was excellent and they made sure the food was fresh and hot once everything was done. They were very accommodating and I would definitely go back once we visit Virginia again.

This place use to be a hit or miss. Sometimes they wouldn't have food to serve or employees to serve it. Sometimes the doors were locked and sometimes you could go in to eat. The service and food were perfect. Thank you. ( Also they have a good special.. 2 for $5 or 3 for $7.. that includes the chicken sandwich which is $5 by itself.)

I almost came close to not taking the food and getting money back because the lady in drive-thru pissed me off. If im spending money at your store we shouldnt be charged for condiments. If .50 cent is worth losing $20 then i dont know what to tell ya cause i will not be spending a dime at this store again. Ill take my business to Arby’s thats right across the way…

This location needs renovations! Lots of ceiling tiles with stains due to leaks. Wall where TV located tore up and bucket on seat to catch water. Bugs in light fixtures. Kids highchair looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Advertise milkshakes and slushies but they don't sell at this location. Exterior hasn't been painted in years.

Ordered the jalapeno bites. They were cold in the middle. Took them back. After a few minutes I got them back. They were still cold. Took them back and got a refund. Please be careful and taste your food before you drive off.

There is a bar pothole near this BK, on the road just before the entrance. They should take care of this as it can damage a tire
