Horrible experience my pregnant wife went to this at 9:30pm to get some food the manager working the window assaulted her by throwing bbq sauce packs at her then went outside running behind her car harassing her cursing obscenities to her. He’s a punk, the worst kind of man there is, their were nothing but women and children in the car but when I come in the store the next morning he wants to run to the back hiding behind his General Manager.

One star is generous. I ordered a number 1 and I got something with guacamole and bacon. This sandwich has to be hours old. I was afraid of getting sick so I threw it away. The fries were frozen in the middle. I wouldn't say anything but BK charges as much as a real restaurant now.

While the cashier that took my order seemed like I was interrupting her job, the manager on the other hand was multitasking her a$$ off! And still managed to ask me how I was doing and provided great customer service! Thank you for keeping a lost art alive!

I giving a 5 for the 2 guy that was working. 1 cooked and the other guy did the drive thru window and inside . He bought out the food. He needs to be paid triple pay and double pay for keeping the restaurant going .

Poor customer service!!! Managers need to be trained on all aspects of customer service!! They messed up my order. I wanted refund, but they couldn't give me a copy of my refund receipt!!

Tonight was a new experience for me. I don't think any restaurant teller has ever threatened to call the police on me & stated, "get the f*#$ out of my drive through" before. Neither statement was warranted whatsoever. Also either the microphone on the order machine needs fixing &/or the teller that was working it at around 7:50 this evening needs a serious lesson on listening skills. I hope that the manager has a recording that they can play of the dialogue so that they know what's going on. I reported the incident to corporate.

Unless you appreciate waiting a half-hour for "fast food", (or no food) do not come here. I've already waited 20 minutes with only one car at the order box. I've now been greeted and placed my order with no confirmation. I asked, "Did you get that?", after my order and no response for five minutes, so far. Five minutes later they say, "Hello? Our system is down." My response, "Im going to leave your store a negative review." This location is terrible. They need to be shut down by the franchise because this is a typical visit.

Food was great , their drive thru intercom was down and they still had people moving through quickly. Great job , and I can't for the life of me think of the young man's name working the drive through with the manager, but he was so adorable and polite.

Over all best Burger anywhere, the double whopper with cheese. The McDonald's quarter pounder fell off. Yeah and the Hardee's hamburgers are too expensive. So once again for the money the double whopper with cheese from Burger King is the best Burger overall for your money

Once again my order was given to me wrong, the fries are practically raw and what is given to me is undercooked and ill-prepared. I'm officially done with this Burger King and any possibility of it improving in the future is negligible.
