This place used to be so good. Simple order: Impossible Whopper with cheese and extra onions. Apparently, it's not so simple. What I received was an Impossible Whopper with cheese, no onions, no lettuce, midget tomatoes, and maybe two pickles. To top it all off, the whole thing was cold. What little cheese was on there was certainly not melted. One more place to never visit again in Newport News.

I asked for extra tomatoes, which is an extra charge. On my whopper were a total of 3 tomatoes, each the size of a quarter. Really, Burger King! ?

I was at Burger King to help a family in need (their choice). BK had already closed their dining area, but the staff were kind enough to let the family in to order their food and allow me to pay. I appreciate your act of kindness and letting this family order food so they could eat.

We use this BK since it is closest to our home. I am pleased that 99% of the time I visit the employees are welcoming and friendly. My order is always ready and correct. The food is hot and fresh as it should be. I will continue with order here.

I went to this Burger King in the evening on May 24, 2024 . I received horribly rude service. My elderly mother asked for ketchup because of all the food they should have put in two separate bags and didn't see the ketchup in the bag before she asked for more. The young man said it's in your bag and slammed the window very hard in our face. The manager could tell it was a problem because of the way he slammed the window. He said " Is everything okay " and my mother said" No he slammed the window just because I asked for ketchup . He ignored the complaint and said, " Okay Ma'am do you have everything you need? I interpreted it as he is thinking , get out of my line. My mother said, " Yes but he's rude." Okay Ma'am. The manager and this young man either need training or to find another job. You can tell they are very miserable at their job. The light skin young lady at the payment window is always pleasant and nice. But then you have to meet up with these two idiots .
