I needed a quick lunch on a busy shopping and errands day. My impossible burger and my onion rings were cooked hot and fresh and brought to my car. The gentleman who took my order and delivered my food was so delightful! What a pleasant find on a dreary rainy Tuesday. The weight was less than 5 minutes for hot food, prepared exactly as I requested.

The girl who was taking my order told the guy standing behind the counter, and I was even watching him to not put tomatoes on my burger. He shook his head in disgust, and when I got home, guess what? There were tomatoes on my burger. Oh well, better luck next time. For the price you pay, you would think people would listen, and get the order right.

The store Manager Josh is so nice and professional. The cashier that served me Regina was so sweet and patient with me as I didn't know what to order. She helped me decide on the whopper with cheese and it was delicious! Keep up the awesome job guys!!!

I’ve been going to this Burger King near my home for years now, but lately it’s been going downhill. On the numerous occasions I ordered food from this location, it has recently become subpar at best and absolutely unacceptable at worst.
Whenever I place an order, I have to specify that I prefer a Diet Coke when ordering Coke. They have either given me regular without listening or they never bother to ask what drink I want. Even the managers themselves made this mistake.
Oftentimes, when I specify what kind of sauce I want, it’s either ignored or they give too few ketchup packets for the size of fries or onion rings I order.
This evening was the final straw for me ever visiting this location again.
I went in to redeem a small $6 coupon for their already overpriced food. The assists manager never said “Welcome to Burger King where you rule” nor was she willing to offer items on the Value your Way menu when asked which the best item was. I was not only given 3 small ketchup packets for the medium fries I had, but she never bothered to ask if my order was for here or to go. When I specified I wanted it here she impolitely said “You should let us know next time.”
After I finished I food, I quickly went out to check and see if I left my keys in the car. Right when I did another employee ran out and asked me if I was gonna clear my table in a rather stern and accusatory manner. I said yes and I did. I also asked what time they did breakfast and they just gawked at me like I was speaking another language and asked another employee when. Then they gave me a dirty look and told me when. It was weird to me how they would order another customer around like that but didn’t have any knowledge of the menu items whatsoever. I didn’t like the energy the workplace had either between employees. I worked at Food Lion and we were better.
If you’re gonna go to a Burger King, this is the last one I would ever suggest going to. The one in Kiln Creek and especially by City Center are much better. They don’t have rude staff and poor management.

This place used to be so good. Simple order: Impossible Whopper with cheese and extra onions. Apparently, it's not so simple. What I received was an Impossible Whopper with cheese, no onions, no lettuce, midget tomatoes, and maybe two pickles. To top it all off, the whole thing was cold. What little cheese was on there was certainly not melted. One more place to never visit again in Newport News.
I asked for extra tomatoes, which is an extra charge. On my whopper were a total of 3 tomatoes, each the size of a quarter. Really, Burger King! ?
