Posted hours say 6 AM however the doors are locked
If I could give it zero,I would. Tried to place an order through drive thru cuz they claim dining room closes at 8. No hrs posted on door. Person taking order kept cutting me off and getting the order wrong. When I spoke up the manager Kisha Allen refused to serve me stating that the order taker was a minor and I was yelling at him. No cursing or anything. I was told there was no number to call to complain. Very unprofessional all the way around.
Very rude ladies working at this location. They don't greet u and make u feel unwelcome. I asked the cashier about a price and she got upset w me,bucked her eyes at me and pointed to the menu. I will never step foot back in this burger king again. It be your own kind that treat u bad. But its located downtown.. And they act like it.

Something seems weird this morning. I order breakfast most mornings here. I always get the same thing. And they have never messed up my order until today. I pull up at the drive thru and order my standard items. 2 for $6 double croissants. Alway $6.81. Cashier quoted my price as $6.81 and I pull around. She pulls me to the front to wait for my meal. She comes out gives me my meal with a smile and I drive off. I get to work and I realize I didn’t receive double croissant, I receive single bacon croissants which are listed 2/$5. I’m annoyed cause the one time I don’t check my bag this happens. They look delicious so I commit to taking this L cause I don’t have time to return and I’m hungry but I go to check my receipt and realized she never gave me one! And there isn’t one in the bag. Something told me to check my bank account and I see a charge of $7 which makes me very suspicious cause my meal was and always have been and was quoted to me to be $6.81 and I wasn’t asked to round up. Why the hell was I given no receipt and why am I’m being charged $7 for something that was quoted to be $6.81 and cost technically under $6. And then you make sure you don’t give me a receipt providing me with no proof. Everything about this order comes off like I’m paying for someone mistake. Although this is the first issue I’ve had since coming to this establishment this is not my first BK issue. I’m definitely calling the manager because I’m not settled about this order at all.
These people are meticulously slow and borderline rtarded. Whoever is running the show needs to be fired

Don’t bother talking to the staff because they’re rude. I recommend to use the app or not going to this location. I ordered two breakfast meals and only received one and was told to go back in the drive thru line when there were no cars and they made the mistake.

I feel so sorry for the assistant manager that was manning the window... You'd think that it would be teens and youngins that are foul at the mouth & disrespectful... *I WAITED FOR THREE SMALL BURGERS AND TWO TEAS FOR 35 MINUTES* when I got the window - the assistant manager was doing her best to apologize for the wait (I understood) - the whole time, the ole lady in the back ackin' rachet and takin' her sweet-azz time to fulfil orders... *I understand* - b/c, nowadays, managers cannot ”manage”, nor tell folks to 'get off the clock' when they cuttin' up ... *** It is a COMMON CORPORATE PROBLEM - not being able to send ppl home when they actin' a fool!
