What I ordered and what I got was not the same thing and when I tried to tell them what I ordered, I was told that was not what I ordered. I got all chicken and was told it was fish. If the fish and chicken are indistinguishable you can keep it. The breading was soggy and some was tough. The shrimp was ok and the baked potatoes were actually good with the exception of the lack of enough butter for 6 potatoes and no salt and pepper. One of the crab cakes was inedible because it was sour.

In my hometown we had one so I wanted to see how to compare. The prices went up… obviously since it has been like 17 years since I been to one. But it’s reasonably priced for most of the items. It is a fast food restaurant you order at the counter and they can bring it to the table if you order for sit in otherwise you just pick it up at the counter or drive thru. The food was good I had something like a sampler and it was good minus the fries. The atmosphere reminds me of home so I will always like it. I do recommend trying it at least once.

The cashier and cooks were very nice. However, I personally don't like their food. The menu looks appetizing but the flavor is off. It's also VERY GREASY. It was fresh but greasy. After eating their food, I felt I had to purge my body by eating purely clean food and drinking plenty of water. Many people love Captain D's so I'm not knocking those folks. I'm just giving my personal opinion of their food.

Has to be one of the worst captain ds I've been to. Went in with family to eat at 8pm and was told dining room was already closed because they have to clean it b4 closing. They don't close for 2 another hrs so that made no send to me. Talk about total laziness. That lousy attitude just cost them a nice sale and lost my business. You would think since they were totally deserted inside and in drive thru they would want the business but I guess not. This new generation doesn't know anything about customer service apprantly, All they know is work as little as possible so they can play on their phones.
