My family and I came here for lunch on a Wednesday for my birthday. We had impeccable service, it was THAT good. Chelsie H was our server, she was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. The runner/host? was absolutely on top of everything. Food came out hot and fresh. Will be back soon! Thank you much!

Solid wait staff - they are professional, engaging, and attentive. We had 11 in our party. Our meal was placed correctly on the table in front of the person who ordered.
Each meal was well prepared and appealing to the eye - I could have taken a photo of each meal and posted on the socials.
Great atmosphere and my family & I enjoyed the experience.

Many Thanks

I wish I had a picture of the food. But Carrabba's and the 2nd day waiter Joey did their BIG ONE!!! He was very attentive, and even when the food was wrong, he made sure he got it fixed AND waited to make sure I was happy. The only issue that day was the gnats. So I just had all my items boxed up. This was a great b-day celebration!!! Oh and that expresso martini...yummy. Not sure about the bday slice they give you. I didnt like it.

The customer service is absolutely ridiculous. We never received our entrees. Our waitress never came to check on us. After waiting a ridiculous amount of time for our food, I finally went up to the hostess and asked for our check for our appetizer. The waitress came back and said “I had my manager take off your entrees”…we never received our food, so why is she telling us this like it was a favor?! Management nor any staff acknowledged their mistake, and honestly we shouldn’t have even been charged for our drinks and appetizer with the lackluster service we received. No apologies or remorse from anyone whatsoever. I don’t think we will be back. It was a random Thursday night, so there should’ve been no reason for this.

A great hidden sport for a ladies night out! It was a Tuesday night and we had a group of 17 and last minute we had to change restaurants and they were able to accommodate us with no wait. They had a happy hour with wine going on so we all enjoyed that and I got the special Chicken lemon dish. It was tasty and had extra to take home! It can with a nice house salad and bread to start with also .Will recommend and will visit back soon

I’m a big fan of Carrabba’s but this location disappointed me! We had six in our party and arrived a little before 6:00PM. There was seating evident in the dining room but we had to complain several times and was finally seated after 35 minutes!! Once seated, the service and food was very good.

A truly sickening experience. We've been regulars since Sean was the proprietor. Visited the restaurant on 3/17/2025 and two in the party ordered Tuscan Grilled Chicken and Chicken Bryan -- both entrees were sickening --- OVERLY SALTED and the broccoli was over cooked/soggy, one piece of broccoli floret tasted "contaminated" / "foul". Major RED FLAG.

Let me preface this by saying that the hostess & waitstaff was actually very polite, attentive, and good overall and they n themselves were not the problem. MY food was hot and good and also not the issue. All other Carraba's I've been to have been great, especially the one in Williamsburg and have had no issues with food or my tiny, federally registered and properly trained service dog. No other establishments of any kind, including airlines, have had any issues either! The bone of contention, was that my brother, a Vet, mind you, had cold food, and very politely & and only asked for his food to be reheated. Not replaced, discounted or anything else. However, a lady purportedly a manger, came back with lukewarm food on a COLD plate and an incredibly snarky attitude. I can understand we all can have a bad day. Perhaps getting harried if to busy, but it was even during off hours. But we were not being rude or complaining. There was no reason to be rude to us. Additionally, she gets attitude about my service dog, telling me he must be taken off the booth seat (he was in his sling with medical tag/ plus I always have paperwork on hand just in case though I've never needed it except to fly/ and he's medical alert and does need to be by my side for that purpose) and put under table on the floor immediately.. with some some othe rude and condescending incorrect commentary. I've had him for over 10 years as a service dog and have traveled country wide, flown, train, commuter, Ubered, shopped, gone to theaters inc movie and formal, just well everywhere and I have never ever been treated thus. Quite the absolute opposite in fact. He's even gotten a full standing ovation at the end of one our fights for being so well behaved. Which, I was amused but surprised by because he was only doing his job as usual. But he does normally have quite a lil fan club wherever he goes. Normally. Anyways, we found both the rudeness of this and the disdain of lukewarm plate given to my brother a very unappetizing experience and it's doubtful we'll bother doing business with this location again. However, we did not take it out on staff. And I will again say that OTHER locations have been wonderful and we will go where both his service as a Vet, and me as a person, are Valued and Respected.

Vegetarian options: Steak was great. Sausage lentil soup was hearty and very tasty

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. Management that night was not very friendly to my Federally registered service dog of over 10 yrs even though he was perfectly behaved

The customer service is horrible. I was picking up an order and three employees, one who looked like a manager, just stood there looking at me. No greeting and no attempt to come over to assist me. Then the manager tried to say something to me from across the restaurant. How rude and inappropriate. Finally someone came over to assist me. Apparently if you're not dining in, they dont respect you here. Sad. Very sad. To make matters worst, the kitchen staff wasn't rven preparing my order. They were just standing in the kitchen laughing and talking. I will never come here again. The manager eventually noticed I was disgruntled and offered me a free drink. I dont want a free drink! I would like better service!

Rude staff. Came in to pickup an order at the same time as another person picking up and the to go girl brought him his order and completely ignored my presence. There was a young man standing at the front on a phone call and instead of asking me what I was there for after he got off the phone he goes to sit down at the bar and watch the Super Bowl with 3 other people. The to go girl saw me at the front and just continued to ignore the fact that I was still standing there waiting. I had to tell the girl bussing tables I was there for an order. Ridiculous and rude.

We had the filet and shrimp Toscana and it was excellent however we waited over an hour for our food and it was cold. We were told by the staff that the cooks were working on the takeout orders prior to the dine-in orders. Not a good organized plan.
