Nothing like a wait list for your 30 minute wait before you even arrive, 9000 people no service trash food do not visit and waste your time and money.

Steaks were tasty and cooked as requested. Baked potato good could have used some bacon. Carrots were very good. Green beans were awful. Waitress did good. Place was very loud.

that ceiling fan and the flower pots positioned in the overhead was a pretty cool sight. I ordered the appetizer trio (chicken tenders, cheese bites, chips and spinach dip) and was pretty full before my meal even arrived! A party of two could order just that appetizer and one entree and be satisfied. They could’ve done better with their chicken fried steak though. It was quite soggy once my partner cut into it.

They had a number of 4 and 5 member families waiting on low-table and booth seating - but we were able to get into the high tables and bar area pretty quickly. I don’t know if they were short staffed but it took quite a while to get more tables cleaned off and available for those who’d rather have the low table/booth seating.

There was a 5 minute period where the bar area was completely void of employees and the phone lines behind the bar rang for a minute. Not sure what that was about but there should have been someone standing by for the line.

Since I am in a dating relationship, we eat out quite a bit. I have to say Cheddars was the best food we have had in several months. Service was great, too!

Great place and great food. Chris, out waiter was very attentive and pleasant. Little issue with our bill but it was taken care of. Service was nice and they were busy, but they handled things well. Will go back to enjoy and try some different entrees.

Well we needed to change our seat cause we are big and the people next to us were big so we moved they got mad and didn't want to service us because we moved to a different table. Which was just one over. They walked past us for 10 mins and served people who came in after us and skipped right over us. This lady came by and helped us after we asked why we weren't being served. She was extremely nice and helpful, unlike the other two. All because we moved due to the limited space is crazy. We spend money to enjoy ourselves not to be uncomfortable. It should not be an issue, especially if you see how small of a space we had. Im not spending money or eating at a place where I feel restricted. We go out to eat for a great time. Not to feel disrespected or treated poorly because we moved a seat over because to them, our personal space doesn't matter. It would have been 8 big people in a small space with no room to move. Thanks to the lady who served us because she felt it wasn't a big deal, we moved out of courtesy of the other group and ourselves. We come here to spend money, eat and be comfortable. Not the opposite.

I visited Cheddar's once in 2010 and fell in love w/their family friendly service. I applied for a job and became one of the top servers at the restaurant. I have great respect and admiration for the entire staff, front and back house personnel. Cheddar's is a wonderful place to dine and relax. I plan on returning. Alex
