The service was atrocious. The wait was triple what was disclosed at check-in by the hostess. The appetizers were forgotten then brought out with our entrees. In total, it took about 2 hours to be seated and get our food. In her defense, our waitress was nice and kept our drinks topped off. The food was good when it finally came out.

So this was absolutely crazy to have happened to a Active duty Army service member and her family of 6 on this past Sunday. We call ahead and book a table for a family of 6. We wait until we get a text then we go in and still have to wait another 15mins be forever being seated. After being seated by the font door where we can see everyone and everyone has to pass us we notice no waiter has introduced themselves to us. This goes on for 35mins an which we decided to leave after noticing they never intended to sever us. We even called Red Robins while patiently waiting to see how long there wait time was. So when they said they could seat us right away we then got up and left. I was so embarrassed by the lack of customer service and Andre Hood should do better.

We ordered two salads two pecan chicken salads at 6 o’clock it was supposed to be ready at 6:30 PM at 6:36. I called into the restaurant and was put on hold for an additional 10 minutes. I hung up the phone and then called back only to be reported that our salads were not ready at 6:52 I salad was brought out. Poor service, poor professionalism, late and.food Presentation poor. I asked to speak to her manager and was greeted with another five minutes waiting on the phone only to get another server. We still do not know where our food was.

I don't write reviews often, but our experience this evening needs to be shared.

Booth we were sat at had some type of juice spilled on the seat, I asked a group of staff who were standing around talking if someone could take care of it and it was quickly and professionally addressed.

Both of our menu's were sticky and gross with food stuck to mine.

I went to use the restroom where I noticed 2 more employees standing near the restroom entrance on their phones, the restroom had no paper towel.

My wife ordered a drink that was never received.

We decided to take our food to go, my wife ordered chicken tenders and shrimp and we never received the shrimp.

We wont be returning, it was quite the drive from where we live (Wakefield) and we saw a lot of decent reviews but this wasn't the case for us.

Very disappointed with me and my husband’s experience today! We haven’t been back here in at least 4-5 years! We decided to come around lunch time around 11:30 ish 12:00 ! We walked in we wait only few minutes we were greeted and sat down! It’s wasn’t full or packed just a few people!Our waitress took awhile to greet or acknowledge us! When she did we gave her our order we already knew what we wanted because we waited at least 30minutes! She awhile bringing our drinks back,When She gave our rolls (Which I really wish I took a picture of) but I was hungry !!!They didn’t looked cooked all the way through (they were flat like they were mush down or something) we ate parts of them! Not once did our waitress come check on us! Ask if we needed anything!Ask if we needed a refill! Ask us was the crescent rolls okay?Ask us did we need more rolls nothing!!! While we are still waiting for food. She still walking by not checking on us. I even asked another waitress if she can Please bring us some more rolls. she stated there’s some in the oven she’ll bring me some. I told her thank you so much. Another 20 minutes ago by the people behind us got their food somehow even though we ordered chicken strips, fries and a salad and they ordered the same thing and we were there way before they even got there. Our waitress then brought us our food ,but then we just wanted our food so we can leave. The other waitress never brought us the rolls. So after we asked for ato go plate, I ask for rolls again, and she said she’ll get some for me than to say she still waiting on them. Sad to say this will be my last time ever returning to this place very disappointed in the whole service. it doesn’t seem like businesses have good customer service anymore

We enjoyed the food, seems like the place has mostly new people working now, so be patient. The food is worth the wait, the prices are great. But yeah, make sure you waiter/tress is writing things down and paying attention to you while to place your order. If you do that, you shouldn’t have any issues. Everyone is always friendly .

Normally I would give this restaurant 4 or 5 stars but tonight it was awful. My server was nice but the food was not. And the manager was the worst excuse of a "manager". I would not recommend this place after tonight to anyone with children after the behavior of this manager and the way he treats his guests. Tonight my husband's food was made wrong. Our server noticed him saying it wasn't right, loaded potato had hardly any bacon, barely any cheese, Buffalo chicken was barely warm and not evenly coated in sauce and fries were cold. He offered to grab the manager, my husband asked to just get it remade to go. The server said he would notify the manager and see what could be done, 3 times this manager walks past our table ignores us , never stops by or checks with us. The third time the server checks with him and tells him he will just have to wait . It was already over 15 -20 mins now of waiting and now my kids were almost done eating as well as me and still no manager. By this time my husband is rightfully upset follows the manager to the kitchen doorway and confronts him. The manager yells he comped the bill. My husband said so you were just going to ignore me leave me with no food and not talk to me apologize or anything? This manager follows my husband back to the table where me and the children are at who are 9 and 6 and he yells get the hell out in front of my kids causing a scene on the entire right side of the restaurant frightening my children. This is horrible management. My husband responded with gladly if you would get some boxes for my kids , he comes back and practically throws them at us. I get up with my daughter and walk up to the host stand and ask them for corporate info and while speaking to them this same manager decides to come up and start trying to cause more arguments infront of my children when I told him that was not necessary infront of children. He needs to be fired. I spoke with the other manager. Please fix this issue.my husband will be calling corporate.

Well I've been going there since I was 17yrs old and I'm 50 now and I got this one all the time and the Florida often, well tonight I spoke to the manager cuz I tried to order to go and kept getting hung up on well he took care of me on the house. I get the chicken tender platter every time and tonight was the worst ever, so bad my dog wouldn't even eat the chicken. I'm really upset.
